“The worst service. I called before and asked if I needed appointment and they said I could walk in, I did and then they said I will have to wait between 30-45 min, it passed over 1.3h hour and finally had the chance to go to the doctor office and they made me wait another 45min inside waiting for the doctor which never showed up after 1hr I left. It is a cheap clinic, but I must said more important than money, is time. NEVER COMING BACK”

“I’ve been doing a lot of research to find the perfect place to help me with my lower back pain. After reading numerous great review and watching numerous impressive videos, I decided to take a trip from New Jersey to see Dr. Pinto from Aligned. Best decision I ever made. It was a great experience from start to finish. Staff was super friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. Pinto was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable during the process. Also a great person who was very friendly. I felt like I was hanging out with a friend. The adjustment went well and I feel so much better now. Wish I did this a while ago. I will definitely seek out Dr. Pinto regardless of where he is located. Thanks so much Dr. Pinto!!!”

“AVOID!! ABORT!! AVOID!! Find somewhere else to spend your money and do business for your eyes. This independent company will OVERCHARGE tf out of you and will not show any remorse for refund, even if you change your mind a day later. You will get charged a 30% restocking fee for frames NOT in your procession and floating in the clouds. If you want to file a complaint, you’ll be emailed a link which is a turn off instead of talking to a live agent, an inconvenience. Don’t go to this establishment. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND. Go to another Pearle Vision that won’t SCAM you. Make sure you ask the right questions because they’ll lie and tell you they accept your insurance when in all actuality, they do not and they just want to steal your hard earned money. This place sucks so shop at your own risk. You, your eyes and money deserves better!”

“Omg I have been coming here for the last 9 years or so with my children! And well overall no complaints at this pediatric facility I highly recommend because Everyone is nice, pleasant and professional! I just visited with in a two week span dealing with two sick children one after the other u know how that goes when u have multiple kids! It was our first time with a new Doctor by the last name Dr. Polson she is wonderful in every way possible from communicating with the young children and the parent! I have trust in her ability to understand my children if under the weather! My kids enjoyed the visit and were so happy. She knows a lot and acknowledges all the concerns we as parents need! Dr. Moreno, Dr. Nithya are also great doctors and they are understanding good people! Highly recommend above and beyond!”
