From my first consultation appointment in June, to my total left hip replacement in July, and my follow up appointments, I have received the most professional and personal care from Dr Westphal, his Physician Assistants, the complete Medical Staff, and Office Staff at Westphal Orthopedics. I never felt rushed during each appointment. Dr Westphal had the upmost patience with my many questions and concerns, answering them all, going over the x rays in detail so I understood completely. Dr. Westphal even called me the night before my surgery to see if I had any more questions or concerns, which put my mind at ease that I was in the best hands. The hip surgery was very successful and at 6 weeks post op I am doing great and no more pain in my hip. At my 6 week check up I scheduled my total left knee surgery for November knowing once again I am in the best of care with Dr Westphal and his Medical Team. “Doctor was nice. Other staff was even nicer. Even walking in with no appointment my wait was very reasonable. My only real complaint is having to check in and do medical history on my phone. I filled it out and while I was back waiting on the Dr they brought me back paper forms I had to fill out because my phone documents didn’t go through so I had to do it again on paper like I asked to do in the first place. 🤷♂️”

“So I had a great experience with the customer service, the lovely individual was very nice and helpful BUT, I tried to use my chime card and got told that they sometimes just don’t work? I had enough for my whole order on my card, but had to use the atm and couldn’t pull out the full amount to get my order. I got told by others after that happened that that’s common? I don’t think the customer service will be enough to bring me back unfortunately.”

When I walked into the dispensary his energy truly made me feel good inside. You never know what a patient is going through the positivity he shows truly is great.”

“Unsure what had happened here. They used to be awesome. Staff was still great but the rest was awful. They tried to bully us into 26k worth of dental work. Told us we were horrible parents, that we should take out a home equity, and there were veiled threats of children and youth calls. Wanted to do everything at once, would not work in chunks to make it easier on the child. Demanded we use the hospital and not in-house because the dentist "did not feel comfortable" doing it in house. They are children, you work as a PEDIATRIC dentist, yeah they squirm sometimes. Refused to use the normal laughing gas/localized anesthetics, like everywhere else. If you cannot handle that go into adult dentistry. We took him somewhere else and all the work will cost a grand total of 500$. DO NOT LET these people bully you.”
