Having all procedures being completed in one office allowed me the opportunity to get to know the office staff and for them to know me. I always felt welcomed and comfortable and most importantly, that I was heard. Dr. Koeppel only surrounds himself with the best. The amazing oral surgeon, Dr. Gish made sure I had a painless start on my journey. Alex - Dr. Koeppel's right hand always was there to answer all questions and Alex the office manager made sure the financing was right for me. Dr. Koeppel is an artist and my new smile has given me confidence in ways that I never would have expected. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Dr. Koeppel and his amazing team.”

“At Babylon Dental Care, “care” is given from arrival to check out. I was anxious; it had been a few years since my last filling. From the moment I walked into the exam room, Karen comforted me. She explained the process, answered my questions and talked with me to keep me calm. Dr. Wrann was excellent! I did not have any pain before, during or after the procedure. So happy! Thank you to a truly great team! As a follow-up, I broke a molar and needed a crown. I was terrified! I called in the morning, received a prompt call back and was scheduled to be seen later that afternoon. I was scheduled for an exam and procedure. A patient care coordinator called me prior to my appointment to tell me about my out of pocket cost. That help alleviate some stress. Upon arrival, Day was welcoming and comforting. She explained all of the steps of this process. Dr. Wrann was, again, excellent. He reiterated what Day told me, asked me if I had any questions and checked in with me periodically throughout the procedure. They are both so kind. The entire procedure was painless! I'm pain free 24+ hours later, too! Many thanks again to this great team!”

“First Choice has been a great resource since covid first reared its ugly head. There is a separate entrance and examination room for sick patients. The well side is good for vaccines and non-contagious ailments. The sick side doesn't require appointments and has a process in place to quickly address the patient's need and test for covid if necessary.”

“All the Drs here are great and really take the time to take great care of my pup. He has been suffering from the worst allergies and i have been to multiple vets and was only ever offered allergy shots and cytopoint injections.. which helped but not nearly as much as it should have. It really only masked my pups symptoms and did not fully take them away. Dr. Justin took time with my pup and i and answer all of my questions thoroughly and explained them in ways i was able to understand. My Archie is finally looking like a normal pup again after Dr. Justin prescribed us some new meds and prescription diet. The before and after says it all!!!”

She has helped giving my daughter the confidence to advocate for herself without being overwhelmed. I see Nicole Ligorio who is helping me with Anxiety. She has helped me so much with getting through daily tasks without being overwhelmed. The Staff is so friendly, especially Derve who greets us at the reception desk. The director Richard Scheinberg has been so helpful with finding the right fit for our needs. I highly recommend Sunrise Counseling.”

“Doctors are great and wait time is good. Everything else is terrible. Making an appointment is terrible, getting someone on the phone that won’t automatically put you on hold as soon as someone finally answers is a joke. Getting billed for well shot visits, and incapable receptionists. I dropped off daycare forms to be signed on a Friday afternoon I called that following Wednesday and they said they would put a note for the doctor to do it. Thursday it was still not finished. After going back and forth between receptionists after being put on hold then forwarded to their voicemail box I finally got someone to tell me the doctor they assigned it to on Friday has been out on emergency leave. Not sure why this wasn’t checked into when I called Wednesday. So it was sitting in a doctors folder who was not there for a week until someone could sign it quick. A form that takes 5 minutes. Not only was that a major inconvenience, I went down to switch practices and signed a medical release form that no one could figure out how to forward to my email. That being said I’ve been waiting a week now for them to send basic chart info to my new pediatrician so I can make an appointment for my son at the new practice. The doctors are once again great, but the staff is terrible.”
