“I was frustrated with this vet!!! On my appointment day, due to the information I was given then finding out that wasn't the case.. Information given to customers needs to improve. Some front staff attitudes particularly the older lady who opens the door sure she's been there awhile, if she's comfortable enough to treat people this way. I felt like when she spoke to me she was treating me like a animal 😔 Told me to sit 3 times when I needed to update my information before dropping my fur baby off... Otherwise it's a really good place. The doctor melted away all my worries and explained things to me even put a onesie on my fur baby after her procedure and carried her around absolutely amazing 🤩 One of the other nurses or head care technician I believe came in and visited with me and spoke with me on 101 acknowledged my concerns and even apologize for miscommunication and trying to make things right.. Honestly I mean that's all anyone can ask for right? ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ But to make it a better experience for customers and their patients it takes admitting what was wrong what could have been better to move forward and to grow so I do feel everyone should be given the opportunity to explain and correct themselves hopefully communication all around and the front staff everyone will be on the same page... The doctors hands down I would definitely go back. The front staff and the manager, I definitely wouldn't want to deal with them again they are definitely not for the customer nor the patient.. I do feel bad because all of this could have been avoided!! The doctor had to deal with this also the head technician had to deal with this..They are the ones in the end that made things right.. Not the so-called manage!!! (Sarah) ***The doctors and the head technician I hands down give them five stars separately. unfortunately,Young's animal hospital, I took away two stars one for the manager and one for the front staff*** Have a great day 🐈 🐶”

“The service was quick and the doctor was polite, professional and was a good listener to my issues. The doctor prescribed the correct medicine and got me on my way. The nurse (Dawn) was polite and understanding and caring, she did a good job instructing the new nurse. My overall experience was very good. This is not my first visit there and it will not be my last. I don’t get sick very often but I know the first place I will go if I do.”

“I went to Dr. Diaz for my initial consult for Tammy tuck and liposuction. The staff was so nice and Dr. Diaz explained everything and made sure that any questions I had answered. I decided to have my surgery performed by him because it was important that I was happy with the staff and have a surgeon who I felt was so thorough and could feel at ease that my surgery was going to go smoothly. Well I have to say everything did from start to finish including my postoperative visits! I am so happy with the final results! I have to thank him, his staff especially Wendy Capotosto, prep and recovery nurses, and anesthesiologist! You all are the best!”

“Had a great experience here. Yes, I had to wait but everyone from the front desk to the providers were respectful, caring, and compassionate. I saw Scott who was very thorough, and Kyle who was patient with me as I explained what was happening, as well as the slow walk down the hall for X-rays. When I needed to follow through on a referral, the front desk was efficient, even when I had to call more than once to have the referral sent to multiple doctors they were patient and efficient. I'm grateful to everyone there who helped me.”

“So happy with the service here. Everyone was so nice and helpful and easy to talk to. The doctor removed my tooth in 5 minutes. No pain at all. So grateful for him and his staff because I went to a few other dentists for this extraction and no one wanted to do it and kept trying to convince me to save the tooth after me telling them so many times I cannot afford it and that I just want it out. I’m glad I found a dentist who just listened to what I wanted and delivered it perfectly.”

“Lanysa was kind, courteous, and compassionate. It was my first time to a dispensary and she explained things to me in ways I understood. She took the time to get to know what brought me to medicinal and after listening suggested what might help me best. And she was right so a big thank you for helping me get relief. “Dr Deuk gives and delivers hope! He is caring, very knowledgeable, and experienced. All things you want in someone you have taking care of or fixing your body. He made me feel comfortable and safe with everything I was going through before I even went to see him. He was the first person to say "I'm sorry you're going through this." That was important to me; when you are in immense, prolonged pain, this can be a very important step to healing. “Facility was very attractive when I came in nice security, I was greeted by two different women that helped me right away. Even when I didn’t have an appointment, they explained a lot of important information to me about how my mother-in-law could qualify, or may not qualify for treatment and or a big help. As it stands, my mother-in-law will be on chemotherapy and therefore will not qualify for the facility, but I would be more than happy to tell people about my experience, and I would’ve thought she would’ve gotten great care there, and maybe after she finishes chemo, I will return and revisit that idea”
