“My doctor has always been amazing and provided excellent service. Unfortunately the reception staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. They demand immediate payment for online appointments however their invoices states the payment is due within 30 days. I have received a phone call every day for 7 days. If payment is required on the day the invoices need to state that clearly. One receptionist was extremely patronising and demanded I get my credit card to pay via phone even though I was on strict bed rest from medical complications. She didn’t understand how my wallet couldn't be next to me at all times. Given the nature of a doctors surgery, you would expect that they would have better systems in place so they aren’t demanding payments 30 seconds after you’ve just received horrible news. I understand patient confidentiality but there are many different ways you could get around that. I have already discussed these concerns however it appears nothing has changed. I know it’s a busy clinic, but a bit of kindness goes a long way. We would like to feel like patients not cash cows for profit. I hope my doctor moves clinic so I never have to deal with reception staff again.”

She has skillfully assisted, coordinated, referred, identified & also advocated for me in times of crisis. Going above & beyond to help, support & reassure me. “I’ve been to many physiotherapists in the past and have not come across a better clinic. I’ve been struggling with muscle imbalances for years and have not been able to run or cycle. Emma at Upwell is very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the whole process of getting me back to no pain. I had pain in muscles on one side that where over working and the other side not working at all. I have no pain now. You have to put in the work to help yourself but the end goal is worth it.”

Doctor also explored various options in dealing with my concerns, and she was encouraging of my situation. Most of all Dr Erroleen brings a holistic approach to her patient care and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best care. Please note I travel, over one hour to see Doctor. Two small criticisms - understanding the OPSM charges and invoice almost requires an accounting degree, and fortunately I had time on my hands for the dispensing process.”
