“I went to the new Atwood Ave location today. The provider (he said he was the ONLY provider that day) was very rude and condescending towards me. Did not listen to my concerns or take me seriously. He blatantly told the nurse in front of my face to write something completely different in the note vs what I actually said. The “skin assessment” was him looking at certain areas for less than 10 seconds. I felt uncomfortable the entire time and expected an opposite experience (considering the reviews). Very disappointed I had to pay $50 for absolutely nothing.”
