Staff gave me an ‘oops, oh well..’ attitude about it. Needed to make several phone calls to get my copay refunded. Also, a previous appointment was set for me at 8:00am. They do not open until 8:30. I was unable to see a doctor that day.”

“I was referred to Dr. Mates from another practice after having trouble with my left ankle. After 2 MRI'S and a diagnostic shot, he finally figured what was wrong with my ankle. Dr. Mates was thorough and compassionate. He didn't give up and I don't need another unnecessary surgery. I felt like he really cared. The staff is the best also. Very upbeat and caring. Easy to get appointments and check in and out are easy. They always have a smile. You can't go wrong with Florida Joint Care Institute. I feel lucky and blessed to have had such a great experience and great doctor as Dr. Mates.”
