“My geriatric one-eyed yorkie, has quite a few ongoing health problems and needs a lot of special attention. The staff here took the time to listen to my concerns, carefully/thoroughly examine my dog (in front of me which I appreciated), and explained the diagnosis and treatment plans better than any other vet I’ve ever been to. Their expertise and attention to detail put my mind at ease. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating (other vets happily stepped in when we’ve had a to be seen quickly). Scheduling appointments is usually a breeze and I haven’t had to wait too long. I’ve seen a few reviews saying they were overpriced but I personally felt they were very fair and transparent with their pricing. My pet’s health has improved under their care. Even my child loves coming along to the appointments because he gets a bunch of attention too. I will be transferring my other pets here for veterinary services. If you’re looking for a veterinarian to go above and beyond, look no further than Mundelein Animal Hospital.”
