“Absolutely restored my faith and hope in humanity, To be seen as New patients on the same day of calling at the very last minute truly left a impression that will last a life time. from the receptionist who went above and beyond protocol from scheduling, Seen the same day within minutes of closing to notifying my insurance company getting the correct plan switched for us while being seen by the doctor at no cost except to insurance left me speechless and truly an impression on customer care and a great example on professionalism and human kindness that lacks all around the world. The Doctor was extremely knowledgeable about his area of profession he took time to educate and be informative in such a respectful manner. Opened to questions and feedback and actually engaged in conversations . I knew I was at the right place for my HEALTH and well-being. The receptionist understood the importance of needing to be seen by the doctor in such short notice. Some doctors office staff makes you feel out of place, looks down on you for the reason why your needing to be seen and less then human at times. FRANKLIN CLINIC did not. The visit itself was life changing for me Definitely changed the course of my life that day, I don't think you guys at the Franklin office understand me when I say this.
