“Spoke to a receptionist (Anoush?) who answered with only "Hello" and quiet rudely with no introduction, no name. When asked to amend an appointment with Dr Utberg she replied "No, she doesn't have time" there were no other options provided. I called a second time and the phone rang out but when she finally answered with the audacity to sigh when I simply asked to change my appointment time. Level of customer service was horrible. It's enough for me to see a new doctor. No patient wants to be greeted this way.”
