“My 83 years old mother-in-law has been living in Union Plaza for almost 5 years. Our family are very happy with the services has been provided to her. Union Plaza has very good staffs: Nurses, nutritionist, assistant nurses, care assistants, administrative staff and other professionals all of them are very trained. They have been provided exceptional care and services to the seniors. I am giving 5 stars review to the Union Plaza. I think Union Plaza is one of the best senior care in Flushing. I am highly recommended to anyone.”

“Newer clean vet office that we used for the first time in an emergency. They had availability to get our cat in right away and assist. Staff has been welcoming and great. Doctor Kim was very informative on the steps they were going through and they send a quote to you for approval on treatments they plan to do. Prices are what they are in an emergency situation, so that is what pet insurance is for as well. Good experience and knowledge so far at Instavet. Main communication can be handled through their text system. Questions/prescription info/etc.”

“I will not be going back to this store for services; I have been going to this store for 5 years, since they were in 71st Avenue. The doctor is excellent, he did a thorough job. The $90.00 plastic frame is very cheap and fragile. In addition, when I picked up my glasses I was told no cases. They give me the glass in a cardboard pouch; cheap, cheap cheap...how frugal can you be, should I have paid with monopoly money? I will not be going back here and I know a lot of my friends who I recommended to this store. I will make sure they do not go back to this cardboard pouch store as well.”

Patient welfare seems to be of no concern to them; rather, their singular focus is on extracting payment from either you or your insurance provider for their exorbitant services. If safeguarding the health of your teeth is a priority, I strongly advise seeking an alternative dental professional. I've been led to question the legitimacy of their licensed dentists, as the individual responsible for processing insurance claims differs from the practitioner I encountered during my visits. The standard of care I received during my basic cleaning was, at best, mediocre. However, matters escalated during an attempted repair procedure, resulting in the extraction of a substantial number of my teeth. The aftermath has left me with no choice but to seek out other dentists to rectify the damage inflicted upon me by this establishment. In light of my experience, I caution anyone in search of dental care to exercise prudence and consider alternatives to this particular office. The focus on profit over patient well-being has profoundly marred my perception of this establishment and its ability to provide competent and ethical dental services.”
