“I was a person with low self confidence, I bit the bullet and booked myself an appointment at dental boutique. I didn’t know it then, but they changed my life in more ways than one. From the very first consultation, with Dr Sam, till my first appointment. I met the most amazing doctor and nurse. They made me feel comfortable from day one. Dr Kathy Song and Laura were both great. I didn’t even notice the time go by, from putting on my favourite series to whatever music I wanted. Just to make it even more memorable. Sorry for all the hugging. But you have completely changed my life 🥰. I would highly recommend anyone to go there. Thank you to all the staff there as well . ❤️”

“I went in to pick new glasses for my toddler as he’d managed to break his 2 pairs in the same week. The staff were helpful, but also happy to leave me to my own devices when having my son try on glasses (we’ve already gone through many pairs, so we’re old hands at this 😂). While we were picking glasses, Tim, who was helping us, managed to pull apart and screw together his two broken pairs of glasses to make us a pair to get us through the 2 week wait for the new ones to arrive. What amazing service! Always a great experience in this store.”

“Dromana Family Doctors a friendly local clinic I've personally gone to for over 20 years , had a few different GPs along the way and all have been helpful and understanding. The girls at reception are also very nice and when my little dog was alive they would take him behind the counter and spoil him when I was seeing the doctors. Recent business practice changes and the cessation of Bulk Billing has had an impact on the patients specially the elderly who struggle to get by as is. So apart from that yeah there pretty good.”
