“Short of staff. Spent 12 hours, yes, TWELVE. Waiting to be seen with shortness of breath. Nurses laughing and joking whilst the waiting room is full. The blonde receptionist and the blue-eyed nurse on triage seem like they took a course on sarcasm and irony. They don't treat you like you're in need of help. You shouldn't treat someone with so much irony, these people need help. Do you think we want to spend our night in A&E? Why would we do that? We're not kids lying that we're sick just to avoid going to school. We're adults needing help and empathy. I still had to work at 8am in the morning after spending twelve hours in the hospital 7pm to 7am. I don't know who these people think they are, but they shouldn't be working in such a sensitive place.”

“As part of my review, I'd like to strongly advise against going to this clinic, as it seems they try to create problems for you to later fix with them. I spoke to people who had their teeth ruined by them and were quoted £20,000 for fixing what Victoria Clinic had damaged. I've been told I have multiple cavities, which I found strange because my previous dentist said I do not have any. I had it triple-checked with another dentist, who uses the newest technology scanners, and he confirmed I have no cavities on my teeth. My teeth are healthy and in great condition, and there is nothing to fix. He was extremely upset that I had been fed lies by the other dentist (Victoria Clinic). The prices on the website are significantly different from what they charge. The website should be updated to reflect accurate pricing. I was charged much more than what was listed on the website. If you believe that a dentist of your fellow nationality will be the most honest with you, you will be severely disappointed. It seems they are primarily focused on extracting money rather than providing honest and transparent service. They don't want your good, they just want to create more long-term problems, so they can milk you until you will be left with no option but to give up on your teeth.”

“I have just had laser eye surgery with Optical Express. From the first consultation to the final product I have nothing but respect for all the hard work the team have done. They made the whole process move very swiftly but also put me at ease when I had questions / concerns. The team at OE including Usman and the surgeon have done an excellent job and I would thoroughly recommend going there should you wish to have laser eye surgery. I know it’s a scary feeling having it done but honestly you are in an out within a couple of minutes. Thanks again for everything! Craig”

“Horrible manners of a manager with white hair an red smudge lipstick. Why to offer an option they do not want to learn to do? They don't know how to redeem vouchers, made me wait and didn't redeem a voucher I had from the last purchase 4 months ago when the same thing happened, so it's money wasted on me. I'm surprised they did not learn how to such a simple task in 4 months. The other employee was nice, clearly management do not know how to run a business.”

During the treatment, he was extremely professional, and at every step, he kept me informed and made sure i was ok and answer any question i may have. I've been positively surprised by the quality of the work and the attention to details. If you need a dentist in manchester!? Go there! You will not be disappointed.”

“They were so slow at circling back to me with the GP’s recommendations and tests required. It took about 3 months to get that feedback after several follow ups and escalation. Surprisingly, for almost 4 months, I am still awaiting their referral for a necessary test, which I have sent emails chasing for. Again, they are just calling for payment of an amount that wasn’t previously communicated to me as at August when the transaction occurred. I paid a couple of invoices months ago and shocked to hear about a bill almost 4 months after a procedure was done. More so, poor management of the hospital showcased in almost all my visits. Rapid leakage from a beverage dispenser, lack of a basic equipment, long booking days for some tests/procedures. I’m so disappointed and do not recommend, unless they improve.”
