“This was my 2 1/2 yr olds first visit to the dentist and she loved it. They introduced all the tools which my daughter loved. Made her feel super comfortable. The assistant was so nice and patient as my daughter was playing with all her tools. My daughter was so happy she wanted to go back for another teeth cleaning. “So today I walked in at 7:30 and checked in. I logged on and couldn’t, it directed me to see an employee. The employee then said that she didn’t know why, but that I had to do my physical again. This is just ridiculous, for anyone who has done this process, it takes 2-3 hours. This was my 3rd time returning. First time, they took a sample, second time I donated, and this would have been my second donation, and 3rd visit.The employees are nice, but I will never return here, so unorganized. Nobody has time to waste. In fairness they did offer me an incentive, but nah I’m good and turned off by this establishment. Never again……………”
