“This is a WONDERFUL clinic! I use to hate going to the dentist, wouldn’t go for years due to a bad experience at another dentist clinic. Then I found this clinic a couple years ago.This is a small clinic, they not just care about you as a patient but treat you as family. I most recently was going thru some other medical issues and I received a card in the mail with a little get well note from everyone. It meant a lot to me to receive that in the mail. They greet me by name when I come in. I have never really had to wait more than 5 minutes. If I did they would send someone out to give me update on how much longer the wait would be. Everyone in the clinic has smiles and is sociable, even the doctors. Very relaxed environment. My teeth went from a complete mess to feeling and looking good! And the heated toilet seat in the bathroom is great on a cold winter day 😂. I love this clinic!”

“Alright place to donate. If you are a regular donor you’ll either be greeted nicely or looked at sideways by the staff. It really depends on the person most of the staff are very respectful. But there’s one our two members of staff that like to gossip and talk about donors. Also if you see the staff nervous before they prick you, just ask if they’re comfortable pricking you. Don’t risk getting pricked twice or three times even just to donate..”

“Brought both my middle schoolers here for an eye exam. Walked in and got paperwork done, was called back pretty fast. They did both kids in the same room so it was pretty easy. The staff was friendly! Doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. Explained what the correction glasses are gonna do! I would definitely recommend coming back to vision. Place was clean and decorated for Halloween. Staff seemed to enjoy working there. Now… I would NOT recommend for DENTAL. I had a lot of issues with the students who work there and was just very unhappy with how staff treated my children. Due to lack of experience in doing dental work my child suffered. Then the management tried to fix it with starbucks gift cards. Thanks but no thanks.. We have never received such awful care anywhere like they gave here. It was years ago but I will never return my kids there for dental. It was traumatizing.”

“I started out having another dentist. My 6 year old daughter had what I thought was an emergency, on a Thursday and of course Monday was Memorial Day so everyone was closed. So Friday I was frantic trying to call my dentist who of course was closed, and other dentists. My sister in law sent me her kids dentist number which happened to be Dino dental, I called of course after closing, but thankfully there was an emergency after hrs number to call, so I did and someone actually answered!!! (cause we all know they usually dont) anyways, I talked to Lauren and she was absolutely amazing, she then had me text her pictures of my daughters tooth and everything and gave me a call back to explain what is happening and what we need to do moving forward. They got my daughter in right away, and everyone there was so friendly and the office is absolutely amazing, my two kids and I were in heaven with all the dinosaurs! So it’s official, we have now switched from one dentist office to this amazing one! Thank you for being so kind and quick to get my child in! Love love love the dinosaurs”

“My entire family of 5 has been using Alpine for approx. the last year. I purchased a pair of contacts and paid for them. I opted not to order at the time of payment because I felt I may have needed the doctor again. That payment was apparently applied to a debt that I owed and my contacts were never ordered. In trying to sort out what happened, I spoke with a manager who could probably take a lesson from her team when it comes to customer service. Staff has been great. However, this manager argued with me about my understanding of what I owed. She stated that I did/should understand the finance issues after I told her the entire experience has been very confusing and that I have not understood. She was not the best listener and talked over me, even raising her voice when I attempted to interject. She was not concerned at all that I would be taking my business elsewhere. I am fine to pay my debt although this was not the arrangement that was made when I did order the contacts. Oh well, I’m sure there is another optometrist whose management team does have better customer service skills. I would highly recommend customer service training.”

“I had only paid to meet a PA at the time of my contacting Covid. Paid online doctor for meds needed, told to follow up with my primary and when I called office they referred me to THEIR Urgent Care for information on how to care for my self at home with my symptoms I was having. Only had Covid this one time! I got hung up on when I ask why they couldn’t give me aftercare information. When I called back for a referral appointment they gave me one , it snowed I called to cancel at 1145 and they didn’t answer, Called at 1 and was referred to the manager only to be reprimanded and told I abused there staff by verbal words I don’t use. z plus I work by appointment myself and waited until zi knew I couldn’t drive to this 200 appointment because it was snowing hard again and I don’t drive well in snow, I’m an adult and should have been asked what happened before chastised by a much younger and more then unprofessional child. It’s amazing how medical take an oath but never follow it! I’m glad I now have an MD instead of a little young rude PA! Horrible office management Claudia Joseph”
