“My usual doctor was out on maternity leave (who I also really like) so I had an apt with this doctor. She was equally as great! Quick process, she knew what she was doing and was extremely comforting for the reason I went it. Front staff was nice as well. My only complaint is I had called prior to my apt with a question and the lady I spoke with was not as nice.”

“I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow 12/06/2023 which I scheduled a week ago. I got the message to sign in, I signed in and then got a text message that my appointment was cancelled. I called them to see what was going on, the young man that answered said I couldn't go there anymore. I asked "Why?" he said his boss said I couldn't come there because I had "10 prior cancellations", which is not true. I asked to speak with his boss, and was put on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on. It is very hard to make an appointment with Dr. Britton who I had seen before, 3 years ago and once prior to that because he works 1 day a week for 4 hrs or so. I was only going to go there because I was a prior patient. It took them a solid week to decide I was not worthy to go there. I already have made an appointment for tomorrow, with a company that is more professional. I did remark that Hand Surgery Associates are discriminatory. Just letting others know. I have an injury that needs treated, and have been denied for a reason with no merit. Shame on you. So everyone who complains gets a form letter. How impersonal can you be. I am scheduled for surgery same day I was supposed to have an appointment with you. Before I got banned. This is pathetic how you treat your patients. Don't waste your time sending me another form letter. You would think you would want patients, guess not.”

“Something has definitely changed. They are overbooking like crazy. I've had to wait over an hour and a half the last two times. And this last time Dr Fish walked in and literally spent less than 2 minutes. Unacceptable! Refused to refill the correct prescription for a corneal transplant patient that needs the dosage for life to avoid rejection and failure. Very disappointed.”

“They’re in it strictly for profit, you will be treated like a cash cow, rather than a human being. Their curriculum is taking attendance, weekly check ins then taking turns reading out of an outdated book with outdated statistics and many grammatical errors (You have to purchase separately.) It’s a joke gone bad. The class runs itself and the counselors are just there to make sure you have your camera activated. I advise shopping around for classes somewhere else. I discharged from these guys and found a cheaper/better agency. Director of client support (Alex) is incompetent and has a biased ego/attitude. Don’t give these folks your hard earned money. They don’t care about you!”
