“I don’t need much from a doctor, I barely ever want to be seen by one but when I do and I have an appointment I expect to be seen at least the latest 20 minutes after my appointment time. So if my appointment was at 4. 4:20 be the latest. Instead of moving me around from waiting room to waiting room for an hour after my appointment to only be in care for 10-15 mins and let’s take 5 of that because the doctor is making their notes on the spot. It’s great that they have expanded their services. But it’s starting to feel like I’m in a clinic for a particular free insurance. It’s quite aggravating to have to wait an hour to be seen when you are not a walk-in, when you have set up your appointment months in advance. They need to do better”

“I’ve had a fear of going to the dentist all of my adult life. But I absolutely love my dentist! Dr. Fan has such a warm, compassionate and gentle demeanor. Which is very comforting when you’re feeling anxious. I no longer have a fear of my appointments. I have a lot of work scheduled and I’m happy about it because of the improvement it is making to my smile. The entire staff is so kind. You never feel as if you’re bothering them with your questions. They’re always very patient and informative. I’ve recommended the office to many people. Even saying it’s worth the drive if you aren’t local. I’m staying loyal to them for the long run!”

“Love this place. My daughter is 2 and they have seen her since she was born. Everyone is so incredibly nice. Whenever we visit I feel like we are part of the family. I can tell they really care about my daughter. Also they are extremely good about getting back to you quickly. The patient portal is awesome and you can send notes to the nurses through it. All of the doctors are really great, but my daughter’s primary is Dr. Gajera and we just adore her. She’s patient and always spends as much time with me as I need to help answer questions. She is always happy to see my daughter which I love. I highly recommend this practice!!!”
