“I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment for 10:10 and set 40 minutes past the time. For about 20 of those minutes no one was being serviced so I'm just sitting there. Then two people arrived, one 15 minutes and the other 25 after me for the employee to call a name that wasn't mine. When I told her I should be next she asked my name and told me the other person appointment. I was told I was next so I waited. At this point it's 10:30 then 10 minutes later she came and called the other person and said his appointment was before yours too. I said mine was at 10:10 and she said his was at 10:00. That meant the other person's appointment was at 9:50 and she didn't show up until 10:25. So you inconvenience people who was on time for someone who was 35 minutes late.”
