“The school year is about to finished. Unfortunately the school ID hasn't been released till now, Jan 2024. No school ID which is extremely important when it comes to documentation. As a senior high schooler mom we have to plan our child's future or vacation. I can't bring my child for a vacation as simple as till now no ID. This is ridiculous.”

“My wife got chance to visit again in her Alma Matter the feelings that you are Excited....but unfortunately those feelings turn to be Disappointment and Really Bad Experience on the REGISTRAR OFFICE you need to wait for a couple of an hour And hours so you can talk to someone for your purpose of visit and TAKE NOTE NO ONE WAS EVEN ON THE LINE IT WAS ALL EMPTY CHAIR ONLY WHEN SHE GET THERE...Finally after waiting some approach to inform you that they cant process your TOR because it was OFFLINE and for that reason she need to cameback on the following day...and when she cameback the same scenario again and again OFFLINE....she paid and leave a Note with the phone number to remind those person incharge....up to now we sent message but we dont get any reply we try to call but they will not answer.....SOUNDS LIKE IF THIS IS WHAT OTHERS EXPERIENCE I DONT KNOW HOW IT WILL END FROM THERE OWN part, I HOPE NOT.....SO I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW TO CALL THE ATTENTION OF THE ADMINISTRATOR TO IMPROVE THER SERVICE AND SYSTEM TO BE MORE ACCESSIBLE AND BE A REASON THAT PEOPLE WILL CAMBACK....because its worth it to visit and be felt recognize that you graduated 🎓 here.....”

“My mother went there to inquire regarding my pending documents and she said the person in the registrar's office was so rude to her. She is full of sarcasm in answering inquiries. My mother is a senior citizen already hence needed some guidance instead of mockery if she doesn't know the system. We would like to commend the person in cashier's office who assisted her.
