“This was a fun hike with high cliffs. Rocky places to walk over Roots and trees to go over or under as well as low areas and a board walk. We went with different ages All Can handle it if they enjoy hiking”

Battery Steele

Peaks Island, ME 04108, United States

“Super cool island. Very ritzy beach houses and the Battery is creepy and cool. Definitely recommend a visit. Island has good food and the locals tolerate the tourism well. There are places to rent golf carts for a few hours as well. Ferry ride from Portland is only 15min.”

Mackworth Island

Falmouth, ME 04105, USA

“Sooooo gorgeous. Beautiful trail! Walk the whole thing if you can. There's a great beach spot I think it's after the pet cemetery, can't miss it either way. Not much parking so you usually have to wait a few minutes for someone to leave to get a spot.”
