Craig Goch Dam

Rhayader LD6 5HS, United Kingdom

“Went here with my son, we had a great time looking at the shear scale of the dams. Only one was overflowing and its so impressive. We loved it and will be back again.”

Harvington Hall

( 16 reviews )
Closed until 10:30 AM

Harvington Hall Ln, Harvington, Kidderminster DY10 4LR, United Kingdom

“An amazing place to visit. Our guild Wendy was so nice and knowledgeable she made the experience even better. It has the most priest holes then any other house I have been to. To day they had a reenactment, the costume were great and the guns and canon were loud and amazing. It cost £12 to enter, it's not national trust but I was happy to pay it. I would recommend a visit and will go back with my grandkids”

Glengoyne Distillery
4.8
( 16 reviews )
Open until 05:00 PM

Dumgoyne, Killearn, Glasgow G63 9LB, United Kingdom

“The tour of distillery was booked by a dear friend and it turned out to be informative and a pleasant experience. Special thanks to Dianne and Rebecca who were thorough in imparting info on distillation process and whiskey tasting techniques. We tasted 10 & 15 years matured single malt scotch which is a part of the paid tour and bought few glasses from the on-site shop.”

Kingsbarns Distillery
4.6
( 8 reviews )

Kingsbarns, St Andrews KY16 8QE, United Kingdom

“We took the Dream to Dram tour with Iain and had just an absolutely lovely experience. The tour immerses you into historical context, provides you with a scent reference and taste of the heart, and finishes highlighting the modern day approaches that follow you all the way to the tasting room. In the room, we had 5 drams of what will eventually become the core expressions that had a wide range of flavor, depth, and character. Simply a superb experience that left us actively wanting to take a few bottles home rather than feeling obliged to purchase.”

Auld Reekie Tours
4.6
( 8 reviews )
Open until 05:00 PM

45 Niddry St, Edinburgh EH1 1LG, United Kingdom

“Very nice tour and Darren was enthusiastic, talks clearly, tells great stories and gives you the creaps every now and then!! Recommended!”

Visit Belfast
4.5
( 8 reviews )
Open until 05:30 PM

9 Donegall Square N, Belfast BT1 5GB, United Kingdom

“This is probably the most classy tourist hub I have seen so far. It's actually more than a tourist hub - its a portal to life in the city of Belfast. You can get information on basically everything you want to know and experience about Belfast - from accommodation, transport, recreation, souvenirs and memorabilia, etc. I was very impressed by the wide variety and selection of souvenirs here - all reminiscent of Northern Ireland and Belfast in particular. Many of them contain allusions to Game of Thrones. The location is ideal, as it is right in the heart of the city centre. I bought a fridge magnet souvenir, which I really like. The prices are reasonable, and all the items seem to be of good quality. The store attendants were very polite to me and made me feel welcome in there.”

Scudamore's Mill Lane Punting Station
4.5
( 8 reviews )
Open until 04:30 PM

Mill Ln, Cambridge CB2 1RS, United Kingdom

“A must visit while visiting Cambridge! Staff were very professional and definitely play a massive role in your experience! We learned so much about Cambridge, but also enjoy some stunning views!”

Fort Amherst Heritage Trust
4.5
( 16 reviews )
Open until 04:00 PM

Dock Rd, Chatham ME4 4UB, United Kingdom

“Lovely few hours wandering the grounds and exploring the grounds. Didnt do the tunnel tour but had a lovely walk and read all the info boards etc. Lovely cafe with reasonably price snacks. Ample parking which was free today but normally ANPR controlled by private firm. Friendly staff. Will be visiting again and next time will book a tunnel tour ( bookable online online)”

Castell Y Bere
4.8
( 8 reviews )
Open until 04:00 PM

Llanfihangel-y-pennant, Tywyn LL36 9TR, United Kingdom

“Picturesque ruins on a rocky outcrop overlooking the valley. Stunning views. When passing through the second gate there are three paths, the one to the left goes round to the steps leading into the castle. Not sure why a closing time is specified on the sign in the car park as it isn't manned and nothing is locked. Would recommend a visit.”

Laphroaig Distillery
4.7
( 8 reviews )

Laphroaig, Isle of Islay PA42 7DU, United Kingdom

“This has to be the best alternative to doing a distillery tour. We were invited to visit the bar for a welcome dram where we were treated to the excellent 2023 Càirdeas release. We followed that up a very well priced tasting flight comprising 4 different batches of the 10yo cask strength. In addition to a copy of the tasting notes the host also gave us a great overview of each of the drams. If you’ve only tried the “standard” Laphroaig, these whiskies will show you another side to what’s on offer here. Definitely reignited my love for the brand and a Batch 12 is on its way!”

Cruise Loch Linnhe
4.9
( 8 reviews )
Open until 05:30 PM

Town Centre Pier, Fort William PH33 6DZ, United Kingdom

“I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone visiting the area. We did this cruise in the afternoon at 3:30pm and it lasted 2 hours. The boat's captain knowledgeable and informative and provided a great commentary with a lot of history and information about the area over the course of the trip. We were lucky with the weather and had a cloudy but rain free cruise and were able to see the seals up close on the island. The scenery was beautiful and it was a lovely way to relax and explore the area. You get some really great views of Ben Nevis and the shipwreck on the loch. Really glad we did the cruise and it was very easy to book online. Refreshments are available on board (reasonably priced) and the cruise was dog friendly.”

Rye Harbour Holiday Park
4.4
( 16 reviews )

Harbour, Rye Harbour, Rye TN31 7TX, United Kingdom

“A lovely setting right next to the nature reserve. There are amenities on site like a bar that provides entertainment if that’s your thing. Just outside the venue is the William the Conqueror pub and a little cafe that is open in the mornings, although not every day. Take a walk to the sea shore passing the Discovery centre to look at the many different birds and if you’re lucky you may see seals in the river. It’s ideal for a short break to get away from it all, lovely and peaceful.”

Tobermory Distillery Visitor Centre
4.6
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 11:00 AM

Tobermory, Isle of Mull PA75 6NR, United Kingdom

“Visited as a group of 3 on a rainy day where whisky was most welcome. We very much enjoyed our tour and the visit overall. The guide Kirsty was knowledgeable and friendly. She was full of facts about the distillery and whisky in general. Enjoyed the tasting and we did not feel rushed as we have at some of other distillery tours elsewhere that we've done so would happily recommended to others if visiting Tobermory.”

The Cadies & Witchery Tours
4.8
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 12:00 PM

84 West Bow, Victoria Street, Edinburgh EH1 2HH, United Kingdom

“The day could have been spoilt by bad weather, but the guide was so good that we forgot about the Rain and Simply enjoyed his rythm, the language, the witty descriptions and the jokes. We even caught a glimpse of Hogwarts along the way...recommended, informative and not at all scary. And also important not expensive. If you speak English and know a bit about Scottish history you can surely appreciate It.”

The Glenmorangie Distillery Co
4.4
( 16 reviews )

A9, Tain IV19 1PZ, United Kingdom

“We booked the Classic Tour. The distillery is in a stunning location by the sea. We did quick visit to the facilities and then went to the tasting room. The lady guides were very young and seemed to be on the first days of job so we did not get many insights of the brand or particular characteristics of the Whisks we tasted. This tour was OK but was the poorest of the 10 distilleries we visited during the Whisky trail. Hope they improve in the future. I any case the quality of the drinks were great and the facilities worth visiting.”

Viking Bay
4.6
( 8 reviews )

Broadstairs CT10 1QS, UK

“I don’t really fancy the beaches in UK. However, this is a nice, sandy beach. There are public toilets and changing cabinets, shops for drinks and playground for kids. It was difficult to find a parking. P.S: Don’t forget to check the tides before you visit any seaside for swimming. You might be surprised if you find not even a drop of water. ☺️”

Rhuallt Country Park
4.5
( 8 reviews )

Rhuallt, Saint Asaph LL17 0AW, United Kingdom

“We've been here quite a few times and think it's nice. Pitches are good, fully serviced, and spacious. You have a dog friendly bar and a lovely restaurant. The food is excellent, there's a spa and pool facility which is really good, a bit expensive if you just fancy a swim. But overall, it's a nice place. They do have weddings and events some weekends, but it's not to noisy, and if you read the information, it will warn you about it so its up to you.”

Game Of Thrones Tours
4.8
( 16 reviews )
Open until 05:00 PM

Suite 180, 21 Botanic Ave, Belfast BT7 1JJ, United Kingdom

“What an incredible experience for any Game of Thrones fan! Our guide, Robbie, spoke about the series in a way that showcased his genuine passion for it, sharing his personal experiences as an extra and how the show shaped the community of Belfast. The places we went were so beautiful and historically interesting in their own right in addition to being filming locations for big moments in GOT. As a longtime fan, I got emotional seeing Winterfell, castle Frey, and the forests of the north in person. Robbie was so funny, upbeat, and high-energy throughout, always willing to answer any and all questions, geek out about fan theories, and talk us through other parts of North Ireland's history. I absolutely loved this tour, and plan to book the Iron Islands tour if I'm ever back in the area. The North remembers :)”

Longleat House

Longleat House, Warminster BA12 7NW, United Kingdom

“Best day trip ever! Wish I had longer but what I got to see was perfect! Such a fun day out perfect for people with and without children! I would recommend arriving for opening if you want to make the most of your money! Festival of lights was amazing even though it was raining”
