“Recently we spent 1 week in Cisowy Zakatek. Our house was well equipped (2 bathrooms, living room with kitchen and fireplace, washing machine). It was clean and the beds very nice. Many things to do for the kids (e.g. playground or simply just run around the houses). The area with the houses is clean and well maintained. Great is also the surrounding: silent woods with old trees for walks & collect berries and mushrooms, Stilo beach (by bike or car), good restaurants in the village, sights. There is a small shop in Sasino, which is good for basic stuff. Thanks for a great week at your place!”

“Reservation 4 days/3 nights, Superior double room, full board - breakfast and dinner buffet, lunch served. Stay paid in advance. The hotel confirmed it, and the day before arrival they sent an e-mail assuring us that they were waiting for us. Upon arrival, the receptionist checked us in nicely and pleasantly. The hotel was as described (almost), but what happened to us on the third day of our stay completely unsettled us. On Saturday after On the 17th, the staff knocked on our door and informed us that we should eat dinner in the room and we were given a substitute meal, without any drink (a photo of dinner for two people is attached). I feel sorry for these young girls, they were embarrassed because in every other room they met with a similar reaction to ours, i.e. disbelief and indignation. There was a party in the restaurant, some kind of party, and we were second class, having a meal in the room, on our knees, served in plastic boxes. No information in advance, either during the booking process or upon arrival. A hotel that has 4 stars next to its name on the facade treats its guests this way? Upon our attention reported at the reception, they responded with an additional plate with a dried poultry roll. If someone likes to be treated like an unwanted guest, we recommend Amber Port, otherwise it is better to avoid this place. Something like this has never happened to us before. This weekend is spoiled, but there will be others, not necessarily in Darłowo.”

“We booked this hotel because we went to concert in Progresja club, which is few hundred meters from there. Location is probably as perfect as it can get - very close to the club, also just on the other side of the road there is supermarket with multiple shops. Hotel surprised me as it was full when we arrived, I actually only heard other guests once, in the hallways. Walls are thick and very well isolates any noise. Room and shower were very clean, but furniture was top notch 20 or 30 years ago, when this was built, now they are just scratched, worn out and looking poorly. We were not able to communicate any other language with reception than Polish, which we know couple words of but luckily it was enough. I guess bring google translate if you need something. All in all it was okay, I think it is a bit steep priced for the room but location - again - makes this a very good point.”
