“The staffs are very friendly but unfortunately the showers are horrible. Warm water costs 0.50€ and takes 2-3 minutes. After 2-3 minutes, not even cold water comes out and the water stops completely. It doesn't even show how many minutes are left. If you're not in a hurry or don't bring a lot of coins, you'll be left alone without water, covered in soap. We were supposed to stay for a few more days, but decided to leave after having a shower.”

“Went there for an overnight during Corona season. Although it has nicer facilities than many campgrounds, and the grounds are well maintained, I found it challenging to go there for the first time, as the reception desk was closed. Not only it closed, but there was no telephone service. When one called the phone number, there was no answer, only a recorded message. The only way to get through was with email. Luckily, they did reply to me quite quickly. Everything (like check-in, ordering bread/breakfast, booking a boat tour) is done through an ATM style machine. I was not aware before hands that the tent places were free choice, especially when the machine tells you that you have a tent place number. I also usually borrow the power adapter from the reception, and this was not possible because the reception desk was closed. I had to rush to a Baumarkt to buy one.”

Yes, I came with a group from the Czech Republic, but I would strongly disassociate myself on associating with this group. I was in my room in the evening, did not drink alcohol and had nothing to do with disturbing the peace. What specifically was I not associated with? 1)The week before I visited your hotel I had surgery on my leg and arrived with canes. My question to the reception if I could get a room with a shower inside was coldly answered that it was not possible, that I should switch with someone, that it was my problem. 2)When I stopped my car near the entrance (there was no space - not enough parking spaces), the receptionist was very unpleasant and told me to park in the public parking lot a piece away from the hotel. 3)The food is a very subjective feeling but I just didn't like it, it was very tasteless. Does this sound okay to you for 5 stars? I was very angry!”
