A big compliment to the family that runs it and many thanks for a few nice days in May 2022 at the Gasthof "Zur Tanne".”

Room is a bit hot on a warm summer day (no air conditioning) but opening the windows helped and worked for us :) We felt really relaxed plus food at the restaurant was great! Will come back again! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming smile of the lady (owner) at the reception. Her friendly demeanor and exceptional character set the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable stay. The check-in process was a breeze, and we were even allowed to check-in a bit early. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt not only welcomed but also valued as a guest. Her genuine kindness and positive energy created a delightful atmosphere that instantly puts one at ease. Throughout my stay she consistently exemplified outstanding customer service by giving great advice in regards to food (where is the best place to eat) or outdoor activities. In addition to the exceptional service at the reception, the hotel itself exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The amenities and facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect blend of luxury and convenience. The Sauna area is clean and inviting to close the day off. Of course at the End I have to mention the location of the remarkable Hotel. The View is priceless and should be enjoyed during the day and at night.”
