“An outstanding experience. This is a superb hotel. Its location on the banks of the river, with its restored water wheel is stunning. We had an attic room which was immaculately clean with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a lovely shower room with a quirky sink and tap! The food, both the evening meal and breakfast, was absolutely delicious. We booked for one night originally but loved it so much we stayed for a second. We would have stayed for a third but they were already fully booked. Highly recommend a stay here.”

“We stayed one night in a cold January. Easy to find, good underground carpark, great breakfast. The only negative was there were no carpets in the room, therefore a little stark. Otherwise a good overall stay.”

“Booked online morning of arrival with payment details taken, no confirmation sent or link to confirm payment!. Arrived nice staff. The swimming pool looked lovely, other facilities were the worst in the 12 days we have been away (think more set up for mobile homes), such a shame could have been so much better, we were also not given a very good pitch (glad we had a 50m electric cable!) there were other really nice pitches that were free.”

“A quiet peaceful family run campsite, well marked spacious pitches, friendly welcoming owners, English spoken (which was really helpful). 20 minute walk to town. Beautiful location, countryside very pretty, facilities immaculate.”

“4.75 is my score. Very friendly receptionists. Bakery service, free use of the village pool on the same site. Large, green grass camping pitches. Hot water, drinking water-points and a lovely village on walking distance (Cluny) and a small coffee/snack/cold beer cottage on site with friendly staff. Been here before and shall return in the future. Bullit train passes nearby but got used to that in a day.”
