There is also a brasserie with a reasonable price for a good meal. The staff is friendly. Zoutelande is just a few minutes away by bike and There’s ONLY one parking place for each cottage. Well, in all it’s a good experience. You have everything you need to experience a nice stay. What else?”

We rented apartments for 4 people: there are cool areas for hanging out with the company, it is cozy, warm, clean, nice interior, there are some board games and books.”

“My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at the Hotel Wood. The staff was always very nice. The facilities have been designed thoughtfully, and with the environment in mind. We were welcomed with a jar of freshly grinded coffee to use in our room, as well as fresh tea bags. The breakfast buffet had a lot of different choices, the bread was excellent, the juices super fresh, the eggs fluffy and the hot drinks delicious. We strongly recommend the Hotel Restaurant "The Green Room", as the food was very good and refined for a good price compared to some other restaurants in town (if it still on the menue, the pumpkin raviolis with the "airy sauce of foamed cheese" were to die for). Many thanks to the hotel for this amazing and relaxing stay!”

“It was mix experience, I would categorize in following, we visited in October Pros: Great Rooms, cleanliness, water supply and all was great Surrounding was also clean Close to the Sea Hot Swimming Pool A small Indoor play area Free fishing possibility Free Parking Cons: Many Spiders outside of house and even inside there are few spiders We made a call on the emergency number to complain about cleaning the spiders from outside, they said this is not an emergency and next morning someone will look after, we sent an email afterwards, till today no response. We paid for living ourselves not together with Spiders. While checking out, I said about the spiders and the reception said oh yes, it is normal, we clean 5-6 months and then they come back Goat and other animals were not present in the camping site Softies and Pizza shop was also closed Bike on rent was quite expensive”

“Lovely natural camping (there's also huts available for rent but I can't say anything about those) with generous plot sizes for tents and good amount of trees for shade. Kids absolutely loved the creative and exploration activities provided by the camping as well as (natural) swimming spots. Also the location is nice that there's plenty of cycling and walking routes around. The pizza from their pizza bar is also definitely worth getting.”

“Just off of the motorway.. We went here for dinner, I cannot comment on the rooms as I didn't stay over night. The restaurant is as you'd expect, tables well laid out and decorated nicely (a little too flowery for my taste) The cushions on the couches made it awkward to sit as they were so big, they look nice and that is about their only use. It was also exceptionally warm in the restaurant. Service was with a gentleman on his first day (he did a great job, very attentive). The food was very good, My partner however was very ill that night. He had prawn cocktail starter and salmon as a main course. I can only assume the prawns or fish was the cause as it was a late meal.”

“Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We stayed here for 3 nights and the location is brilliant being so close to town and despite this our room was very quiet. The hotel is also decorated and presented. It looks amazing, and there is a lovely seating area with free use of a coffee machine. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It wasn't the biggest room, and keep in mind you need to live out of your suitcase and storage is very limited. There were a few too many cushions, which were very pretty but took up a lot of space! The spiral staircase down to our room was very tight and narrow, and if you have mobility issues, you may wish to mention when booking to get a room in another part of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, not cheap, but got loads of choice and was delicious! Really enjoyed our stay and we didn't want to leave. Also, having on-site parking was useful! O”

“Second time here, once in November, now for Easter Holidays. Very nice park, clean and well maintained. Maybe some privacy board for the terrace would be nice and prices are on upper level. Nice and friendly staff! If you like racing the Zandvoort circuit is 5 Minutes by bike, but be aware racing sound is there all the day. I like it, but it is for sure nothing for anyone.”
