“Breakfast is really nice. The general area the hotel is in is very nice. The Mountain View is spectacular. Receptionist was rude about me booking the room in a name that’s not my passport name. I’ve stayed at over 100 hotels in Europe over the past year alone and never has anyone had an issue with this. He scolded me like a misbehaving child. Overstepping much?”

“Incredible Service and attention by all the hotel staff! We were 4 vegans (and usually it's not that easy to find good food at hotels or restaurants in Andorra) and they accommodated us SO WELL!!! They all made sure we have plenty of options and were constantly checking on us if everything was fine - never experienced such a great service at a hotel! The food was delicious and the rooms offer all you need for a nice long ski weekend!! Highly recommend this place if you are vegan or not! 😊🙏🏽”
