“I stayed there for 5 days. It is an excellent modern hotel next to Arena Stadium and to Ceskomoravska metro station. A few moments from the city center, with the metro. It was clean, the beds and cushions were very comfortable, the reception was very stylish, and had an excellent breakfast. Highly recommend!”

We fell ill at the time of our reservation and reception accommodated a last minute change of dates. Thank you! Suggestions: There should be a sommelier on the restaurant floor who knows how to serve wine. Adding a mandatory 10% tip is not customary in CZ and it takes away the feeling that I'm rewarding performance.”

“After we ordered, a huge guest came through for about 5 minutes and the whole town lost power. Somehow, that didn't impact our meal. The staff turned on flashlights and lit candles and kept cooking. The food was very tasty and I would definitely recommend the restaurant. The rooms are also very spacious, clean and comfortable. I'm really glad to stay here.”

“This is the worst hotel I have stayed. They don’t speak English well, and the room cleaning did not clean the room but threw my test kits as waste. The breakfast is so late and even later on weekends, which made me no chance to have them on weekends. The breakfast is unbelievably terrible - only so few choices - the few choices are not quite healthy - the one or two “healthy” ones, for example the fried eggs containing shells everyday - and most food tastes awful. The toilet is sound-control…and their massage is only in the morning. I’m shocked because who need this relax in the morning?”

Nicely remodeled, new and clean, great amenities (pool, sauna, bowling), but whenever we had problems (e.g. the hotel ran out of clean towels and keys to the pool lockers), the staff were smiling and friendly but absolutely passive to fix the situation. Nobody was cleaning the pool (wet towels everywhere) or bowling areas (empty bottles and glasses everywhere), so we had to deal with the messes we encountered. If they were short-staffed, they could at least tell us that and we would understand the problem, but they conveyed no reasons for anything being the way it was or plans to make things better.”

“Well equipped and nice looking hotel. Everything is kept clean and the food was great. You have a selection of many meals for dinner, some of the portions were a bit smaller in my opinion but that's subjective. Room's themself were pretty, well kept and the bathroom was beautiful. Although the TV was a bit small. The pool area was great, water temperature was perfect, although one shower didn't work. Unfortunately when I visited for a week the bowling alley didn't work for over half of my visit and that really annoyed me. But when it finally got fixed it was a great way to pass the evening. Apart from the downsides I mentioned everything else was pretty good and the staff was very polite. 4/5⭐”
