“This is a very beautiful location with many of the rooms having balconies overlooking the lake. Guests have safe parking. There is a small shop on site and an excellent ice-cream outlet. All of the members of staff are helpful and friendly. There are attractive restaurants along the lake side. Other eateries may be found in the small town. There are of course churches to visit. There are also Nordic Walking Parks. Not all rooms are air conditioned”

“Friendly & welcoming. We arrived way-too early after an overnight drive and they found us an apartment that we could check-in early to - and we extended our stay. Modern timber & stone super-chalets divided into apartments. Traditional timber details inside. Varied accommodation options. Clean and spacious: modern facilities, functional kitchenette. Good parking. 1.5 miles down the valley from Alagna Valsesia with a complimentary shuttle service that runs every half hour. “Such a lovely place. Delicious Piedmontese dinner with local produce and authentic dishes accompanied with wines, very welcoming host eager to explain about his wines. We actually had the best table in front and enjoyed the view and a sunset after the rain. Really good value for money too, we paid 30€ pp for five courses including wines and a selection of liquors to choose from together with the dessert. We spent the night in our VW Bulli so cannot say anything regarding the rooms but the restaurant is a clear recommendation!!”

“On arrival the host was welcoming. The place is beautiful and there are animals and children's play area. Aggressive dogs left running out unattended. My husband went for the luggage and the dog attacked him. Luckily he didn't hurt a lot as his clothes were thick but his new shirt got ripped and ruined. The owner didn't show any compassion and she knew the dog was aggressive. Luckily the kids had just got inside, as I can't imagine what would have happened. Food was good but well overpriced for what we had.”

“We had a stopover here for one night. Very nice and helpfull personal, as travelling with a family of 4+dog we got a room on the topfloor (Suite deluxe) with2seperate bedrooms, a sofa, a table with 4 chairs, coffeemaker, a large bathroom with jacuzzi-tub, shower, ... not the most modern style but all in very good condition and high quality materials. We also took the opportunity to dine in the restaurant which was also a great experience - a limited menu with Piemontese specialties and a varied wine menu . Quality of the food was-as to be expected in Italy-outstanding. Hotel is situated next to the intersection of highway so very convenient for stop-over and absolutely no noise issues. desadvantage is that it is located in between a highway, an exit and a national road and the walk with the dog was limited after a day in the car.”

“Stayed here with my girlfriend. The hotel is clean and tidy, rooms and bathroom were cleaned well. The staff were helpful and friendly. The parking spots next to the hotel are a bit limited and taken up quickly, but they have ample additional ample at a location about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast is good, diner at the hotel isn't really bad, but better dining options are found in the surrounding area. Absolutely wouldn't mind staying here again.”

“What you see in photos is definitely not what is served. I had dinner outside, hot, no ac and no ventilator. The service poor with a single lady running up and down from the kitchen. Not with the standard of they prices they charge. Expecially the extra charge per person for the service. More than double any reasonable restaurant in the area. Very disapponted by the lack of reaponsability of the management. Ingredients are still good but, I can go to supermarket for that. Giving responsability to others will not solve their problems. No consideration whatsoever to the client.”
