“Their new location here is much nicer than their previous location on the Main Street from the Train Station 🚉 to the main Bus terminal up the hill. The menu items are typical Chinese. Nice atmosphere in a cozy area in the ski village near Echoland. The food is good/average. Prices are a little on the higher side (300 or 400 Yen) compared to a few other places. I will return to try a different selection 😊👍”

“Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in early March 2021. Staff service also very hospitable, they will guide you personally to your room too. Perhaps due to Covid, they serve either American or Japanese breakfast, which you will be asked upon check in. Service quality during breakfast was great, a well balanced meal with free flow coffee/tea. The room was spacious and well equipped, a good walk from the Karuizawa Ginza street where you’ll find small shops, Sawamura bakery and meal spots too. Highly recommend the area as you can walk and explore vacation homes nearby too.”

“Huge room in a very convenient spot! It would have been good to have been able to change our room temperature as it got quite warm. We found the service to be very variable. Some staff were super friendly and helpful, whereas others couldn't answer basic questions and were more interested in having a sociable working holiday with one another. The guys at the ski hire place were great and very knowledgeable. It's right near the gondola and slopes. It's only a short walk to the main part of town and lots of restaurants.”
