“At the time of booking I couldn't imagine how much I was going to like this place. I have to confess that this place it's on my list of places to come back. The place it's compose by several bungalows, all of them very well furnished, with an small kitchen, a fridge and an amazing bathroom ( just to give you an idea the bathtub have space for two people and you can get an hydromassage in it. The bungalows have their heating system and in case that you want, you may also turn on the stove ( believe me that you don't need it ). The people that works there was also absolutely nice. Summarizing an absolutely wonderful place.”

“Such an amazing place located in one of the many beautiful, small towns in Friuli, Italy! The sunrise and sunset views overlooking the town were some of my favorite. On this trip we visited Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Paris, Ticino, and Munich and this stay and the surrounding area were my favorite. The breakfast was delicious and there were always many good options to choose from. The windows in the room had screens to keep out the bugs (all other places we stayed at in Europe did not have screens in the windows). The room and bathroom were spacious. The bed was two twin beds pushed together, but there was a large comfortable mattress topper over it so there was no “crack” in the middle. We stayed in the “Fiora” room. There is also a restaurant on the premises that is open Thursday-Sun and has amazing food, drink, and dessert and wonderful prices! Highly recommend staying here and exploring this beautiful area!”

“This hotel is our absolute favorite when visiting Grado. The staff here deliver a level of customer service that is hard to beat! The front desk is efficient and professional with check-in and check-out, as well as additional guest-related requests. “The stay was excellent, the breakfast was tasty, but unfortunately it was the same every day. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean and reasonably large. The only thing they haven't finished is charging electric cars. A 230 V socket was available, through which you can charge the car for 2 days non-stop. If it was free, I wouldn't even write about it, but they charged €30! This is how much the most expensive charging at a fast charging station costs, and the car is charged in 30 minutes. and not in 2 days. Other hotels I've been to so far had a charging station and it was free during the stay. So at least it won't be charged in the future. :)”

“I really don't know how this can be a 3 star hotel. it seems more like poorly managed airbnb. first of all, there is no check in at time range written in booking but they leave keys in the envelope outside at the windowsill (so technically anyone can grab them). there is no staff on site in the afternoon. there is no ventilation in the bathroom so the mold is everywhere. next to bed u got a socket but it is used by the small lamp so u can either charge ur phone or use the lamp... our socket was hanging from the wall, wires were visible... it is simply dangerous. oh I almost forgot, if u wish to have your towels changed u need to pay extra 5€ per change (which is a normal free of charge service in any other hotel). there supposed to be code protected doors but they were not working (u could open without code). for disabled people there is a "lift" that can slide them to the first floor but in order to reach it u need to first go through quite big step which seems ridiculous. parking spaces are private but on the street. Neighbors were using some very smelly wood to heat their houses so it was impossible to leave open window because u got instantly smell of bonfire at ur room pity that they only relly on the location but don't really care about quality or service. Would never go again even for half price.”
