“The hotel is situated in a quiet area, near the Smolyan lakes. The area is very beautiful and you can visit many Eco trails and sightseeing sights nearby. Only five minutes away, by foot, is one of the Smolyan lakes - every morning and evening we visited it, with our dog. It was beautiful. The food in the restaurant is delicious, it's not cheap, more like eating in a restaurant in the capital. The rooms were okay, there is 25 lev/night additional tax for bringing a pet. The service was good, the staff is warm and kind. Overall we're very satisfied and would probably go back next year.”

“Very tasty food in the restaurant, we tried a lot of things and there was no weak meal! We were 6 people and ate there two times during our stay, very good restaurant! The staff is also very kind and pleasant. The prices are also normal. There is also a choice for vegetarians”

“The hotel is nice, clean, with a good location - on the main street and close to the city center. The rooms are spacious, with comfy beds, big bathrooms and are cleaned every day. The rooms also have air conditioning- considering the heat in the summer in Zlatograd, this is saving lives :) The hotel is close also to a spa complex (2 min walking - Aqua Spa Zlatograd), where you can enjoy and relax. Considering it is on the main street it could be noisy in the evenings. It has rooms on several floors and no elevator, so be prepared you will need to carry your luggage 2 or 3 floors on the stairs if you get a room there. The personnel is very polite and answers requests quickly.”
