“Overall the service at La Bourdonnais was a good one. Service and staff was quite good and generally received help when needed. I must speak about Heddiah, she was our first experience with the staff at the hotel and she was wonderful during the check-in process. She provided any assistance needed and was also the one facilitating check out and arranging airport transfer. She was excellent! The room service menu was not very good however,, and it should be improved.”

“We stayed for one night and it was an extremely comfortable night. The welcome is warm and the hostess speaks impeccable English. The rooms have been renovated to a very high standard with comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. It is a calm tranquil place, surrounded by trees and open farm land. Breakfast is a serve yourself affair at a huge kitchen table with fresh bread and home made jams, cheese, meat and cereals. You should note that this is a farm and you may be woken by the Rooster at 6 a.m. but that just adds to the charm of the place and is better than an alarm clock !!”

“A really lovely cozy place to stay which has comfortable rooms and wonderful staff. Perfect location for exploring the city as its only a 2 minute walk from the underground station which gets you into the center of Paris in about 15 minutes. There is a very nice bar/restaurant next door called Bar Le Matherin which serves excellent meals at reasonable prices which are freshly cooked and tasty. This was perfect for a relaxing meal and drinks after sightseeing during the day. We had a triple room for the two of us which gave us extra storage space for our luggage and was a similar price to a double. Will definitely return here on our next visit to Paris!”

“I did stayed for one night only to catch a flight in the Orly airport, when I got their the room was very clean and tidy, the only concerning thing is about the restaurant, sometimes when they are very crowded, things can go messy like waiting for your order to get through, but the food is good. The reception team also very nice and give a nice service. I did forgot one of my card in my room, and the mercure reception team especially Kamal, really helping me to sorting out the problem that I went through, also they offered the shipping cost. Overall its been very nice staying in the Mercure hotel, I am very delighted to visit and stay in the Mercure Paris Orly hotel once more.”

Great facility on a really friendly, welcoming and well looked after campsite in some lovely woodland with mature oak and spruce on edge of lovely forest. Have read some poor reviews on google but there were no bedbugs, the loos etc were clean, door locks worked, all absolutely fine. Think some reviewers may be expecting hotel rather than camping provision. Staff were really friendly and helpful too. All the family loved it, wife, little kid, tween. Will be back no doubt”

“I had to wait more than one hour after my check in to have a decent room. It was past midnight when they decided to helped me. They knew they had a problem with the air conditioner in my room and they rented it anyway. They're still giving the room with the air conditioner issue to another customer instead of fixing the issue (as they don't care about people because they want the money). What a shame ! Another customer had to wait for his room too because they lost his reservation. I don't know who is in charge of this place but they seem to only care about their money !”

“The location is far from city center. However, the hotel is in a very good neighborhood and has a good connection with the transportation to the city. A big super market is very close to the hotel. There are nice restaurants around the hotel as well. The rooms are sparkling clean but the size is very small. There is a separate bathroom and toilet even in that small space which is very nice. During my stay here, I found the toiletries to be very limited. Breakfast is okay. It is a very basic breakfast. The staff were helpful but their English was not that great so at times it was hard to communicate. It is a good place for budget stay in Paris.”

“Definitely not a three star hotel. It is a one star hotel which is greatly overpriced and should be around 60€. I think at best it should be declared an Ibis budget and some are even better. The location is terrible and there is no restaurant and no real restaurants are around. The room smells bad. Probably a smoker used it. No kettle and no coffee machines. Absolutely freezing bathroom with no heating. Cold room and the thermostat is a joke you can turn it up to 35⁰C but it doesn't make any difference!”
