The room is top-notch - from the relaxing interior to the functionality of every space! I appreciate the cleanliness of everything as well as the fact that the kitchen is completely equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely return. Our breakfast food concludes our stay here impressively. Overall, it feels like we stayed in a 5-star hotel. “Our company paid a total of P146,000 for a total of roughly around 8 days of stay but your office cannot accommodate our request to consider an early check-in for the early arrival of guest and a late check-out even for just one room. All of the requests were met with "according to policies" statements. Services are good, front desk people are accommodating and rooms are clean, those are the best part.”

The room had a washing machine and dryer, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, oven toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans, plates and cutlery, ironing board and steam iron, a nice sofa and more. I just felt this room was really complete. Bed was comfortables which made me sleep soundly.”

“Spent our staycation anniversary here recently and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was in tip top shape, complete with amenities, and necessary appliances that my wife very much appreciated. Included breakfast buffet was tasty and good, staff were quite helpful and cheerful as well. Only downside with our stay ( it was a long weekend) was other guests can be too loud in the hallway even past bedtime. Property is also located within walking distance to nearby malls and food establishments. Highly recommended and looking forward to our next stay again. Kudos!”

“We booked the double room with bathroom. I would not class this place as a hotel. Yes it is cheap but I don’t think it warrants what you get. The room is very small and has a wardrobe turned into a bathroom. There’s a constant smell of sewage as well as a flow of bugs in every corner (mostly cockroaches). The aircon is noisy and barely works to cool down the room as well. The location is on a very busy street and there is constant noise. Loud traffic and loud music from 6am every morning. the area also did not feel safe to walk around. Lots of people loitering and staring. Luckily, it’s a ten minute taxi drive to the BGC. Or a 25 minute walk. The location did not match the price you pay. The highlight of the stay was the access to the rooftop pool and gym. It was a nice escape from the sewage smelling cell we slept in. The gym is very basic but again was a highlight. I would note that air con is needed in the gym! The complex is mainly permanent residency which it should be left as. It clearly doesn’t have the means to be classed as a hotel or even a hostel. 2 of the worst nights sleep we have had!”
