Our studio apartment was great with good air conditioning but not all rooms have this - you have to request it when booking. Breakfast is included for everyone and had a great variety. “Had a great time here! Super quiet location and sparkling clean apartments. The kitchen was fully loaded with all you could need to cook a meal with, including some snazzy aprons! The staff were excellent about removing towels from beds that people had placed early in the AM and didn't show-up for. There was always a spot available at 11AM (by the pool) which couldn't be said for other places! The other bed areas were a lot quieter, especially down by the round-beds. Those were hardly ever taken!”

“First of all , all the one star ratings are ridiculous. This complex was brilliant for the price but we did have a few small issues. The pool areas where amazing but the smaller pools had a few faults like the stairs in the pool where wobbly and had no grips and every single sun bed was broken. The larger pool areas where great but was spoilt by very loud and obnoxious guests nearly every single day (we stayed for 2 weeks) but that’s not a fault of the hotel obviously. The rooms where spotless!! But the heat was a problem and we had to rent a fan (desk top size) which did absolutely nothing! It was pricey for what is was. We couldn’t open our windows after about 3 days (our room backed onto the street) as I went to close the window and there was a man standing in between the bars trying to spy on us! We told reception and the man said “what am I supposed to do?” Which obviously was true but there was no concern for our safety or any other guests. I was shaken up by this as he was literally in the bars! The restaurant was nice but average. Overall it’s a nice complex and we had a nice time but wouldn’t stay again.”

“Fantastic location. Easy drive to all the islands best beaches and quick access to the mountains by car or bicycle. Excellent service and amenities like the very clean pool, nice sundeck and some games like ping pong. Best part for a family was the fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you need to cook meals. Only small complaints. Our room on the bottom was close to the road, and it can be a little annnoying hearing the occasional car until about 10pm and starting again around 7am, but not a big deal. Also parking is free which is great, but access varies and at times requires like a 10-15 minute walk up a hill. Not ideal at the end of a long day on the beach with kids, but manageable. Also, AC was initially set up to only work when it sensed movement, which made for an annoying first night until we changed these settings. Furnishings a little worn but still fine and quite clean. Overall highly recommend, great price for value.”

“Can't fault the hotel, really lovely place to stay, the location isn't great, ok it is right by the sea but if you are looking for a lively, buzzing place, this isn't it, this is for people who just want to chill by the pool or sit on the beach, this you can do easily with the number of pools and bars they have, entertainment every night and during the day with the animation team, really nice relaxing holiday, if I am going to be critical, for the whole week the staff (apart from the animation team) looked totally fed up and miserable, but it didn't affect my week away, I just feel happy staff help you to enjoy your stay at a hotel.”

“Absolutely Amazing location near to the beach, However, we got the Apartment which was cold during the evening and had no sun during the day. It was a bit disappointing not to have the sun in the balcony. Breakfast and Lunch was not very fancy. Vegetable soup was served for consecutively 3 days in the lunch. As compared to other 4 stars hotels, this hotel breakfast was not really appealing. Omelette was served without any veggies. I can praise only for the dinner which had a chinese menu where you can eat noodles and as well as the spring rolls. Towels were replaced daily and the corridor light during the night disturbed us in the bedroom. Please write near to the dishes, if these dishes are vegetarian or not. Being a vegetarian, it was sometime harder to judge which was veg and non veg.”
