“Stayed there for two night. Lovely rooms. Friendly staff. Very central in Steyr. Wasn't charged any extra for the beer I took from the minibar because "the room was so small". Though I had no complaints about it. A bit poor wifi signal at the room. And there weren't separate shampoo and conditioners in the shower. Just the normal shower soap. Brekfeast a bit poor as well. Though I attended it in the last second.”

“That was incredible! I made the reservation randomly while looking for accommodation and it was an experience. Very comfy room with everything you need, new furniture, minibar, sauna inside and so comfortable bedding. Restaurant is beautiful, yummy food for dinner/lunch and very good breakfast with really wide choice. Also all staff was so kind and helpful at the reception and restaurant - THANK YOU. :) Definitely not my last stay, I will come back as soon as possible!”

“We currently still live in the kolpinghaus, we have been here for just over 1 year. The hotel is great in terms of structure, restaurant and location. Regarding services, we have already had problems at the reception with service, but there were 2-3 situations of poor service from a specific receptionist and the manager, the others are very good and attentive. The internet is very bad, so much so that we have already opened a call at reception with the manager and the answer we got is that there is nothing to do, for me nowadays the internet is something indispensable and we really need quality, but still So, even if there is no solution, which I find difficult, I will never wait until there is nothing to do, I'm sorry. This lowered the hotel's rating too much for us. I hope we can solve this problem. thanks”

“Very nice people of their service. Very very good food. When I went to bed, ventilator started by itself and it wasnt possible to stop it. They gave me a new room which I appreciate, but there water started flowing by itself. Maybe they have some ghosts there :-)”

“The Hotel is a nicely designed, fairly new place to stay. The first night we had planned to have the dinner in the Hotel. In several details the service was way under the minimum level concerning a four star hotel restaurant. The restaurant was close to empty but we had to wait around 50 minutes for the Menu (after one of the guest helped the stuff to take over the control) than for the drink, we did not get what we ordered etc. The situation was much more a management error than the fault of the staff. After two hours struggling some kind of manager arrived the place and politely tried to cover the situation which was unsalvageable. Although I have to mention that breakfast staff was polite and helpful did their job professionally. It would be a good place to stay ....”
