They were with us the whole day, helping us out with various activities. The rooms were neat and clean and is one of the best place to relax. It's better if you visit in groups as they'll arrange various activities like mud volleyball and other games. The natural pond there was the main highlight, it was neat and a good place to enjoy with family and friends. The food was homely and they served vegetables which was taken from the farm itself.”

“I recently stayed at Lumino Highrange. I was extremely disappointed with my experience, as it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They charged me a significant amount for a small room, but due to exhaustion and limited availability, I had no choice but to accept it. The room and bathroom were extremely small and not very clean. The bedsheets and towels in the bathroom were old and not properly maintained. Considering the price I paid, it was definitely not worth it. They overcharged me by at least ten times. The location, however, was good. The non-Malayali staff members were really kind and helpful, but the Malayali staff members were a bit arrogant and displayed attitude.”

“Windflower Resort & spa is located in a quiet place in wayanad, surrounded by a tea estate. The resort is so big and cool, the rooms are so big and have a luxurious look, especially the bathroom. The balcony and hall are also so good. It is located at the top of the hill, where the view is so good. Spa service is good, valet parking is there. A morning tea estate wall is also offered. The negative point is the taste of food should be improved and the swimming pool is not so good. Must try resort for relaxation.”

“We stayed here for two days. This place is very normal and the cost of the rooms is expensive. It's not worth you paying so much for the normal place. The view is really good from the room. The service has to be improved and also should have to improve the hospitality. The wooden rooms are very basic and the bathroom was not up to the mark. No tap and the flow of the water is minimal. It was difficult to manage. I wouldn't recommend you spend so much which is not worth it. They should reduce the price as it doesn't offer anything extraordinary. Almost every other resort gives you such a view and you find many in the same lane. Just don't get flattered by the video they share. You get good options for the amount you pay. It's a normal place with a good view. Just go with the minimum expectation if you choose to stay here.”

The nearest beach is literally 5,6 Km's away. The food which we got for lunch was also not good. I strongly urge the management to take care of the property as the service staff also commented that the pool facilities are not available/working. Proper guidance and training should be given to the staff.”

“The property is good if you are getting it a discounted price or booking through corporate. Individual booking is not recommended as this is 30km away from the city. I got CC membership therefore it didn't cost me extra else if the booking price is high, it's better to look for other options. But if you've got own vehicle and a discounted price is offered, this property is good to spend some leisure time. Rooms are okay, service is very good and food too was delicious. You would get many in & outdoor sports option. But the hygiene is not at all maintained in swimming pool, no costume protocol at all. Worse is people even get into the water with shoes as not much supervision is there. Rest other things are nice to have sort of. Except the location that's too interior, most of other things seemed fine.”
