I liked that there was an automatic coffee/tea maker in the room with capsules included. The included breakfast was great, but I also highly recommend the restaurant for dinner. If you need internet, the free Wifi was fast, at over 24Mbps, and reliable during our stay. FYI, the restaurant accepts credit cards.”

Hotel restaurant with a beautiful terrac le and a forest view, bowling in the hotel area. Possibility to rent a bike. The only thing we disliked was the rickety bed - your own moves wake you up.”

“A ok camping site. With pretty good wc/showering facilities. Fast check in/out Many smokers and therefore many cigarette buds laying around. Swimming pool was ok a bit cold, the lake nearby had warmer water when we was there in July Nice forest just next to the site. The football pitch was a great feature however i found broken glass on the pitch(i I removed what i found) however the maintenance of it was not good. Reasonably prices. Restaurant was at best ok. We sat outside and there was a sewer smell were we sat which mixed with smoked - not a good combo.”

“We were there in the fall and were almost alone in the rather large area. When we arrived, after almost a kilometer of access over murderous cobblestones (I thought it would tear the caravan apart!), we had parked our trailer "incorrectly" in the parking space designated for arrivals. Although we didn't hinder anyone - there wasn't any tourist traffic - we had to park again before checking in. Everything is in order in this place. Otherwise everything was quite new and still unused, although there was a bit of a lack of design flair for a newly created space. We came from an architecturally chic square in Poland and were surprised at the unadorned blocks that had been built here as a sanitary building and reception. If an architect has drawn here, then he should change his profession as quickly as possible, because the buildings cannot be surpassed in terms of unsightliness. Be careful, autumn is dead in Prenzlau, almost everything is closed, and if it weren't for the expensive restaurant in the upper town and the one Chinese restaurant by the lake, you would have to cook yourself all the time in the evenings. Just sitting somewhere in the evening with a beer is not something that is planned in Prenzlau.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Romantik Hotel Schloss Reichenow. The hotel, resembling a castle, is situated in a picturesque location near a lake. It's a beautifully renovated castle offering spacious and clean rooms. The staff were fine, and the pricing was affordable. While we didn't use the sauna and fitness facilities, they were available. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, surpassing what we had seen in photos from other reviewers. I regret not taking photos of the diverse breakfast offerings myself. There are hardly any negatives to mention. The only suggestion I have is to add a refrigerator to each room as a standard. It seems necessary, especially for families with children. Additionally, a kettle in the rooms would be a convenient addition, again, necessary for families with kids. Aside from these minor points, everything else was fantastic!”

“Loved my stay here, very peaceful and cosy vegan hotel. Breakfast and restaurant serve super nice kind of traditional German cuisine. Yoga, gym and sauna space was great also. I would have liked a kettle in the room, or at least somewhere I could make tea/coffee myself when the tea house was closed. More areas for reading/relaxing would have been nice too but as I visited in winter I was limited on staying inside the building. Noticed some of the rooms (restaurant, common areas) had lots of spider webs - of course we vegans love spiders too, but thought it could have been kept a bit more cleaner. Staff were nice and professional 👍”
