“This hotel is huge, new, and modern. It is connected to a small mall with everything you could possibly need, including a supermarket, fancy restaurants, and cafes. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the staff are willing to help. However, there are some areas where the hotel could improve. The check-in process was slow, and the staff did not seem to have much authority to make decisions on their own. The breakfast restaurant was also slow, and the breakfast was just below average. The room was not clean enough as we could see the trace of dust. Also the balcony we not clean at all. Bathroom also needs some maintenance. Overall, this hotel has a lot to offer, but it would be even better if it could improve its systems and service. It’s Dubai and we do expect higher!”

“The hotel was definitely worth my money. The rooms were nice with decent views. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was polite. Our room was located on the 3rd floor, and everything was nice. The only issue we had was with the chill box, which did not seem to be working properly but was quickly fixed by the hotel engineer. The concierge also ordered an airport taxi for us in the night 👍🏻 We ordered Uber to go to the Dubai Mall, which was located approximately 10 minutes away, and the Mall of Emirates, which was approximately 18 minutes away.”

The best thing about INK is the team Linda, Victoria and Lisa are so friendly and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable about various drinks and food. These girls are what makes INK such a great place they create such a great vibe. It’s opposite the Versace Hotel right on the waterfront , the rooftop bar has amazing views it has to be experienced to fully appreciate.”

“Pros: Very pleasant hotel. The rooms were big and spacious. In the spa, the steam room is free. The gym was great too compared to other hotel gyms. the area offers a wide variety of authentic cuisines like Egyptian, Moroccan, yamani, Iraqi etc. Cons: - the kitchen stove is very slow and does not heat properly which I understand since they don't want the hotel to burn down. - it is a bachelors area so you see a lot of random guys just sitting and smoking and staring at people. - 10-15 minutes walking to the metro. - you could see that the maintenance was not the best. it really felt like this place has a lot of potential but it's a bit rough on the edges. Overall I had a pleasant experience, and the amenities and it's closeness to the metro, makes it very worth it.”
