“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Being close to so many sights, eateries, and retail establishments made the location ideal for exploring the city core. The personnel was exceedingly cordial and accommodating, constantly on hand to help with inquiries or requests. The accommodation included a pleasant view of the downtown skyline and was clean, comfy, and large. The bathroom had everything I needed, and the bed was really comfortable. There were many alternatives for a variety of tastes at the tasty and varied breakfast buffet. Without a doubt, I would advise anyone traveling to stay at this hotel. It was among the greatest hotels I've ever visited.”

“The resort is an oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are well maintained but need a bit of maintenance to be undertaken. The facilities provided in the room are adequate and replenished regularly. The hygiene of the washroom also needs a bit of attention as the shower curtain was quite dirty and it looked like it had not been changed in quite a while. The WC was a bit dirty too and I had to ask the housekeeping staff to pay special attention to cleaning the same thoroughly. The service staff need to be trained and this is an immediate necessity. The lawns, walkways and the garden with all its statues and motifs are kept in excellent condition so kudos to the staff. One simple suggestion, have a dedicated supervisor to oversee the maintenance of the rooms and the upkeep of the washrooms in particular. The food is of a very good standard and it caters primarily to the Indian/Gujarati clientele. Overall a good experience and we enjoyed ourselves.”

“Beautiful place, nestled in a residential area. The moment the main door opens, you feel transported to another era. It's a heritage property with comfortable lounge places to sit, chat or read a book or two. The service is good and there is a swimming pool on the terrace of the building which looked clean. The restaurant is beautifully done with florals and birds painted on the walls. There is only one down point that it doesn't offer any beautiful views, since it's located in a residential area.”

“Mixed Experience at Jaipur Legacy Our recent stay at Jaipur Legacy had its highs and lows. On the positive side, the room was well equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The property's location was also commendable. However, there were a couple of areas that could be better . The Internet Wifi speed was disappointingly slow (Under 5 Mbps), prompting us to rely on mobile data for better connectivity. Additionally, the restaurant staff's approach to complementary food was somewhat rigid and calculated, limiting our choices. Our schedule required us to skip both breakfast and dinner on the second day, they could have been more considerate. A more flexible approach to the complimentary food menu would enhance the guest experience. Ventilation in the room was another concern, with limited air circulation. This aspect could be addressed to create a more comfortable living environment. Despite these challenges, our overall experience at Jaipur Legacy was decent. With improvements in internet speed, food policy flexibility, and ventilation, the stay could be elevated to a more satisfying level.”
