“We only stayed for 2 nights but this hotel was a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel is right on the beach. There's a pool, spa, restaurant and bar but we didn't use any of it because we were out most of the time so I cant comment on them. Location wise, I found it slightly too far from anything. It's a 10 minute taxi ride to Sunny Beach and the same to Old Nessebar. We would usually take the long walk but strolling wasn't allowed in our tight schedule! Overall, it was a nice stay and I'd stay again if I had more time.”

When entering at 6 pm, the music was turned up very loud , and when we asked to turn it down, we wore told that it was requested as such by some more “important” select people that were having a private business discussion. Local “influential” people. After our departure, as we said we cannot hear one another from the noise, canceling our order, they totally shut down the music, for them to discuss in peace. Very professional. 🤮”

“I have spent a bit over a week in this hotel back in late August. All I can say is that the grounds are very beautiful with modern touches and smart services all around. Rooms are quite spacious, food is good and comes in greater varieties. I booked some services at the resort as barber and massage and found it is up to 5 star hotel standards. What I loved the most about this place is people who work there: they are eager to help, warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to stunning Bulgaria with family or solo, since it's a very stylish and posh place to get some sun and fun. Surely will come back again. “Not for the English. As an English family we was looked at in a very funny way. There was no other English family here and the dinner wasn't to our taste as we are used to English food. They love the season dill here! They put it on everything. The drinks were very strong and there was only a small selection of cocktails you could have. The life guard was miserable. My children cut their feet in the pool so I got them pool shoes and he tried to tell me they wasn't allowed to wear them after getting a translator and the life guard understanding the situation it then wasn't a problem. I would visit Bulgaria again but just not stay at this hotel. The entertainment was only on for 30mins most nights not every night. And they did water gymnastics every morning but that was it.”

“A nice, non-pretentious hotel. Very clean (not only the rooms, but all the common places), nice and helpful staff. It is 5-6 mins away from the beach which is great. Has great green areas all around and a nice swimming pool. Pet friendly, I staid with my baby yorkie that could run freely on the grass. The food is ok, a few choices but a nice salad bar. All in all - a good place for a family/relaxing holiday.”

“Great hotel. Nice and clean. My room was cleaned every day. The pool is great. Lifeguard is great. He saved my little child at least once. My children liked the pool very much. The restaurant staff is great and fast. The food is ok. I did't like the tomatoes (and cucumbers) in the salad. They have used the ones that do not have any taste, while it's the middle of the season for some of the most delicious tomatoes that can even be found in the local store on the way to the beach.”
