“The worst experience I ever had in my travel stays. This is not a couple friendly hotel because of the bad experience from hotel staffs. They don't even cleaned the room. If they have done it, we may not have found a packet of condom inside the room. Such a inefficient staffs are there. The person who claims as manger is not at all fit for the post. He doesn't know how to treat the customers. When I shared the incident he was not at all interested to listen me. First up all, the management should provide well training to the staff that how to treat the customers and appoint the efficient staffs. Loss of money. Bad experience from such a great city Bangalore. I will never suggest this place to anyone.”

“We stayed here on the new year eve. Expected the place to be quite. But the resort management had organised a DJ party, which was not required. Lot of outsiders were present other than guest. Management prioritised the outside guests. No room service was provided. Starters are terrible. No food choices other than the buffet. Service staff are polite, but the manager is rude. Even if we give suggestions he is not ready to accept. Only good thing is the location. Rooms are also sub par for the amount we pay.”
