The hotel is located a short walk away from the ski lift and has the most amazing sauna area for after ski relaxing. The food at the restaurant is exceptional...in variety, taste and presentation. I could not have asked for a better place to spend my Xmas break...thank you for the most amazing experience and stay at your hotel. I will most DEFINITELY be back...perhaps even make this our annual winter getaway place 😊”

“I booked 2 rooms: one for 2 people and one for 3 (1 adult, 2 kids)- see the photo The gentleman that checked us in was extremely kind and offered to help with the luggage and really gave us a warm welcome. Both rooms offered everything that we needed and were super comfortable. Most importantly we all slept really well in the super quiet environment as the building is located behind the restaurant and thus further away from the street. The view from our balcony was also extremely pretty. Only things that could be better: On Sunday the damn church started ringing their bells already at 6am, which is complete lunacy And it would nice that the breakfast could be already included in the current room price. But we bought it separately and it offered a small but nice buffet selection of different breads, cheeses and cured meats.”

“We are a well travelled couple and we stayed here for three nights as part of our recent vacation. This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful hotels I have ever stayed in. I’m very picky and I wanted a hotel on the lake that had a garden area and a nice pool. There are gorgeous hydrangeas everywhere, vines, lush grass, a heated pool, and stunning views of Wolfgangsee wherever you look. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had, and the food at the on site restaurant was modern, fresh, and creative- a nice break from traditional Austrian food. The indoor bar has a great atmosphere, and we loved ordering drinks on their patio as well. The staff and servers were extremely friendly and attentive, and everyone spoke at least some English. My only small complaint is that the bathroom in our room felt a little old and could use a refresh. We booked the Lake Charm II room. There was some mold on the ceiling, and the shower was a plastic surround instead of tile. I understand that they are going through some renovations currently though, so I’m sure it will be addressed. The rest of the room was great, cozy with lots of different lighting, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall would highly recommend, we absolutely loved our stay, and it was the highlight of our whole vacation!”

“It was a perfect leisure experience. We really liked the place and the hotel. Our room was recently upgraded and very clean, but the bed positions were a bit odd. Very friendly and helpful staff- the owner family was always around to assist and support. Very good food and and large variety. The wellness ward was impressive and larger than expected with various sauna, quiet rooms, massage and indoor/ outdoor pools. The hotel offers fantastic activities for smaller children like mini zoo, horse-back-riding, animal feeding and indoor/ outdoor playgrounds. It was pleasure to stay here!”
