“Pros: - Staff. Very helpful at the reception and helped with booking nearby attractions. The room cleaning was very good and the staff helped with moving the heavy suitcases. - Room was very pleasant and include a private balcony with a bathtub, drying rack and beautiful view. Bathroom was very modern and the bed was comfortable. - Amenities were nice including free paddle boarding and kayaking during high-tide. It is nice as the beach is not very busy. - Value. For the price, the resort is amazing. There is also very affordable food at the restaurant adjacent. If you are on a very tight budget you can order food via grab delivery. Cons: - The sink only had one tap with no hot water. This is unpleasant for shaving. - Hand soap has a very very strong banana scent. Perhaps due to the name 'blu monkey' however it was a little unpleasant. - The resort is very far away from everything else of the island. It is far from the airport and other tourist attractions, leading to longer travel times and more expensive transport. We also had difficulty getting transportation to/from the resort as grab, indrive and bolt were unreliable however this may be attributable to the islands taxi-mafia and not the fault of the resort.”

“Booked a room for 2 nights and it was overpriced as per the rooms.Ir costed me Rs 18,000 as it was booked last minute for 3/2-5/2/2024. I think it is due to the season although the rooms and toilet are clean.The room is spacious for 2 people. The buffet breakfast menu was same always only 1-2 item change. 2 bottles per day are provided and the water is not free.The location is very good and lively,very near to Bangla Market”

“First of all, take peoples bad reviews on here with a ‘pinch of salt’. My partner and I couldn’t have had a better experience. We stayed in the double room over looking the pool area. The staff were very friendly, couldn’t have done enough for us. The room was very spacious, comfy beds, great working air con and the views were amazing. The sink / shower area is quite open - but that’s no issue. For dinner I had the pineapple rice, with chicken, was so good. My partners food was a bit cold, but still good. Some bad reviews about the breakfast, but I couldn’t fault it - so nice and a good section. This hotel does attractive the ‘insta lovers’, spending more time making sure they get the best shot. We went to the pool morning time, and we had it to ourselves. We stayed for one night, and it was overall a great stay!”
