“Recently stayed at this eco-lodge, and while the environment and certain facilities were beautiful, my overall experience was unfortunately marred by several significant concerns. One main issue was the refusal to assist in bringing urgently needed medicines using their 4-wheel vehicle, despite the location's exclusive accessibility via such vehicles. This lack of assistance was distressing and showed a lack of flexibility and care. would have been a different experience all-together if not for the effort made by a kind hearted 3 wheeler driver who reached us with the medicines after a super normal effort. The inconsistency in hot water availability, especially in a cold area, was discomforting. Additionally, the absence of lighting in the common outside hut, the main space for outdoor gatherings, was a letdown. While an alternative space was offered, its cleanliness didn't meet expectations. The quality of snacks and meals, apart from the breakfast options, was subpar. definitely not worth the price they charge. Moreover, the delayed check-in until 3.50 pm in one facility due to room arrangements affected our plans. Safety was another concern, notably the high-risk access bridge to one of the facility rooms. Unfortunately, one guest experienced a minor physical injury due to a fall from this bridge, highlighting safety negligence. On a positive note, the environment was breathtaking, and two huts displayed commendable facility quality ( wood cabin was a disaster with no basic facilities and very poor maintenance) Additionally, the staff demonstrated kindness and care despite the operational challenges. In summary, while the location was stunning and some areas showcased quality, the overall experience was overshadowed by numerous drawbacks, especially in crucial areas of safety, service, and timely assistance compared to other less cost options available in the area.”

“I was honored to join a day-out at this beautiful place. Though this resort is located way too far from the main town, there is nothing lack here. From Naula town to this place, the infrastructure was perfect. On the way it is possible to enjoy the view of Moragahakanda reservoir. There is null traffic and no rush. The view is so elegant & the scenery is enthusiastic. This resort has ample space for parking and it consists of a large garden area. Though there is no separate play area for kids, this can be utilized for playing with the kids. In addition to that, this place has an outdoor area for outdoor functions. It is very spacious and calm. This place was occupied with a very clean and safe swimming pool. They had separate set menus for the meals and it was really helpful. The prices are also reasonable and fair. The meals were served adopting hygienic measures and they were really delicious. The bites we had from them were amazing. They served a fried chicken dish, a devilled mutton dish and a devilled beef dish. They all were mouth watering dishes. From what I heard, this staff was amazing. They were very helpful for my friend while making the reservation and arranging things. They were very polite and considerate from our arrival till the departure. They discussed all the things with us with no hesitations and helped a lot to make this day memorable. Thank you so much for making this event splendid & remarkable!”

There are several persons who were in charge of a wedding of a close friend, but none of them had clear instructions and during the last moments, they forfeited already agreed upon requests. Come for the venue but make sure you get all in contract with the manager, else you will have a very sorry situation.”
