“Clean, funky little boutique hotel. We had a suite and it was nice and big with a good seating area. Good location close to the BTS station. Breakfast filling and excellent and staff lovely. Would stay again. The rooftop garden looked lovely and I wish we had gone up there for a sunset drink.”

“This hotel needs to improve Wi-Fi system, it’s very slow even no signal in the room at all. All the time, I have to go to Angkor Restaurant (280 meters from this hotel) to used Wi-Fi. Remember, it’s the end of 2023 now. Second thing, booking online is cheaper. Thirdly, it’s a little noisy, from the under construction hotel in front daytime, and a group of Indian at midnight. The good things are, this hotel close to Phaya Thai station, near Baiyoke and Pratunam center (walk 12 minutes), nice room with AC, they’re provided free Tuk tuk to Phaya Thai station (don’t forget to tip driver). Suggestion: Hotel can keep deposit money in USD or whatever currency is good for guest. What should I do with 1000 Thai baht after check out and going directly to airport? Bringing that 1000 Thai baht home? Remember a lot of your guests are international tourists. Please,”

“Excellent rooms in a great location of Bangkok. The design of the hotel and rooms is lovely and the very definition of a boutique hotel! My only thing to be critical of is that the restaurant wasn't geared up for dinner at all on our final night due to a party on the terrace. They'd have been better off closing the restaurant for dinner rather than only having a few things on a massive menu.”

There is a common pantry/dining zone with fridges, ready drinks and snacks. The room is clean and comfy, the bathroom spacious, clean and shower amenities are refreshing and spa-scented. The contemporary-crafted decor, 5min proximity to BTS and malls, safe to walk back at night and enough street stalls for snacking in the mornings and evenings, makes this an easy repeat choice for next time.”

“THE WORST - They should advertise this place FREE SMOKING, stayed at 3rd floor and we think other IGNORANT GUEST NON STOP SMOKE on their room and this old AC building circulate everything to other room, make ours smell cigarette!!! - Reception told us the smoke cigarette from outside, but NO! IT IS FROM AC! We did open window at first night and close it on the second = STILL SMELL SMOKE - Sagging mattress = totally back pain - Lumpy pillows Also, please note: - Rust and crack all over the room - Bathroom door handle, tap water are RUSTY make our hands and water smell - No shower curtain = all bathroom become wet - Rusty and old, but functional induction stove - Construction just beside the hotel, expect noise including early morning on weekend - Ants - Washing machine available, however look at the filter - couch: totally just fabric cover and wood - toilet clogged! Great! Pro - service is good. Reception and security help to carry luggages and fast - pet friendly, they have roof top for pet which is amazing - Microwave, cutlery, induction stove, pot available - Free tuktuk except on Tuesday - spacious area”

There's a lot of stairs and no lift so bear that in mind if that's something you would struggle with. But the staff are more than happy to help you with this.”
