“I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and travel about 60 days a year. I have not stayed in a Sheraton hotel in many years but had high expectations for the $500.00 nightly rate we paid. The hotel in general is in good shape as was the room. The location was decent In terms of local bus service to BC and the underground parking was nice. When we arrived on a Friday there was a very noticeable smell in the kitchen. Once we identified the issue which was the disposal I placed a small plate over the sink opening and notified the front desk of the issue. On Saturday morning I again called the front desk to tell them of the issue. By Sunday when we checked out no one from housekeeping or engineering addressed the issue. Not a huge issue but we could not use the sink due to the smell. The main reason we wanted this hotel was for using the kitchen for meals. I would expect better service than this.”

“If you're looking for a wonderful cabin with a fireplace that's dog friendly, this is the place. It's literally 2 minutes away from the Gate of Rocky Mountain National Park. It is so clean and so nice and the kitchen has everything you need you don't need to bring utensils or plates or pots or pans. Absolutely amazing location. The staff is so friendly and the main lobby usually has breakfast and coffee. They also offer firewood for much cheaper than the stores around there. Highly recommend this place!”

“Sentral Station is a beautiful property with many nice amenities, but it is not a traditional hotel! There are multiple entrances and parking garages that you must enter with unique codes. You have to download an app to access the parking garage and then it's $25/night. The layout is super confusing and takes a while to figure out where you are going and how to use the elevator codes, etc. Overall, the rooms and amenities are nice but prepare to spend a chunk of time trying to figure out how to access the building and where to go to find your tower and room.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Inn. There were a lot of mixed reviews but I can say for sure that my room was clean, and my stay was smooth. I suggest requesting an updated room with hardwood floors, you must upgrade/request in advance and they will surely accommodate. Room had a big bed, microwave and fridge. For the price, it was awesome and has everything you need. Coffee/tea in the mornings and free rides to anywhere around Aspen. If you are staying here, be sure to take classes/ski at Buttermilk, the convenience of waking up and being steps from the slopes is awesome. Especially as a first time skier, this was a great way to start my trip. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!”

“This property is quite spectacular. We stayed in the Shavano tiny house which was quaint and homey. The place was well decorated and had the BEST VIEW. I loved that they allowed our dogs at a reasonable flat rate and even provided treats and blankets so they could join us on the furniture! Full disclosure, we did have a few hiccups here (mostly with the hot water heater). That said, the owner (Whitney I believe) handled the instance promptly after we able to get ahold of her the next day. She was professional, understanding, and kind from the moment we arrived to well after we checked out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Paige & Alex”

“Nothing like a hotel at a ski resort without hot water! Two nights no hot water. First night I was told to let it keep running and it will eventually get hot. After twenty minutes I gave up. At least the room itself was so hot (registered at 82 but set at 60) no one could sleep so we didn’t freeze. The second night same issue. I was told by the front desk that many people are complaining about not having any hot water. The reason is because they close the pool and hot tub at nine pm instead of ten pm so between 9-10 they fill the heated pool and the hot tub. I guess this makes perfect sense as the restaurants all close about 830 to 9 so who would want to shower and go to bed early so they can be at the lifts refreshed and ready to go in the morning. Do not get me started on the front desk staff at the dog friendly hotel that said the gondolas close at 4:30 but our shuttles will pick you and your dog up. Had to walk in the dark several miles as the shuttle driver said no dogs! Oh and the dog friendly hotel is carpeted, small like piss, and cigarette smoke. These were not issues a few years ago.”

“Stayed 1 night last October. This was an ideal stop for me in terms of a restful location along a river to unwind, and dark night skies. Cabin was very comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen that had a small refrigerator, microwave, and an electric stove, plus cooking and eating utensils. You are responsible for cleaning whatever is used. A small gas heater adequately warmed the cabin. Although the bathroom was a bit chilly in the morning! Check-in and out was easy. If you are traveling through the area and want to avoid a hotel check this place out!”
