“Stayed here over a cool weekend so wasn’t able to fully enjoy all of the amenities, but the pools and beach access are really great. I want to come back in the warmer months. Rooms were very modern with great views. Overall service was good, but really understaffed this time of year…poor bartender had to cover the little store, make the food, etc which is understandable. Location so close to seapines golf, the short walk on the beach to shops and bars, and quick drives to all kinds of entertainment was ideal. Will be back for sure!”

“Out of all of the places I've travelled to, the experience of the stay at the Spectator tops all other hotels! We came here for a "babymoon" and they went above and beyond with a special experience for us as parents to be. The beds were comfortable, large rooms with comfortable bathrooms, the butler service was incredible, there's a quaint bar downstairs, great breakfast included every morning. The location was excellent. One thing that surprised me was that there was not a pool, but honestly it didn't matter to us because there was so much else to do.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Roxanne Towers. The rooms were very spacious and clean! In fact, the rooms were cleaned daily! The location was great and the staff were wonderful and friendly! We had the 1 bedroom suite and it was fully equipped. Loved having a washer and dryer. The price was very competitive because other hotels tend to charge $300 + for just fees/taxes, but The Roxanne Towers somehow keeps their fees very affordable!! Would recommend and will be back!!”

“We were told the unit had recently been renovated with 1 king and 2 queen beds. It actually had 1 king and 2 full. Floors were very nasty. We had to purchase our own mop, mop bucket, cleaner, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels. We were not told at time of booking these items would not be provided. Trash bags...toilet paper..REALLY. Wall paper peeling, we had to tighten entry door knob and shower faucet had been caulked instead of replaced. Just overall disappointed with unit maintenance, cleanliness and supplies”

“I had a nice two day stay. The facility was nice and spacious, and the room was great. I got $10 daily food credit for being a diamond and used it for breakfast. Almost everything was over $10 and the only option I was able to get under $10 was the greek yogurt bowl. I had a bad check in experience. I was being as nice as I could and the lady was very dry and rude. I started by saying “hey how are you” and she responds with “what’s the last name” and it went down hill from there. I got no acknowledgment for being diamond which isn’t a big deal, but when I asked about the food credit I got zero explanation. I asked how does it work and she goes “however you want it to work” I’ve stayed at different garden inns and some of them hand out a vouchers so a little explanation would’ve been nice. But how they do it is you give your name and room number and the restaurant and they add it to your bill and you need to ask them at check out to make sure they apply the credit. I mentioned that at checkout and the gentleman who I assume was a manager was apologetic about it which I appreciated. He promised to add points to my HH account but it’s been over a week and I haven’t seen anything in my account. The electric outlet on the desk was broken (picture added) Overall it was a good place to stay, I hope they work on their communications a bit.”

The bathroom was a good size with plenty of towels and supplies. Love the whole layout of the lobby with toms of places to hang out and even private desks to work out and a unique twist to a lobby with a pool table. Everything just seems so bright, cheery and well decorated. I loved the new look to the trus. Good job”

“There were so many reviews saying the break fast & staff were wonderful which is why we chose to stay at this hotel instead of competing hotels nearby… breakfast was from 7a-10a. We get to breakfast at 9:10a and they were out of eggs, cereal, and the juice dispenser wasn’t working… nobody was around to ask about making more food so we ended up getting breakfast somewhere else which was the whole reason we decided to stay here. Not happy! Otherwise, great location and clean rooms with huge walk in showers.”
