“Great view, wonderful location. Sites are fairly level. No laundry or propane. Showers and bathrooms are clean and heated. Store is nice and staff is friendly. Easy to enter and exit. This was our second visit to this location and we would be willing to return again. Hope they can complete the renovations on the laundry room. The views from this KOA make this an amazing must stop.”

“This review is ONLY FOR THE RESTAURANT. I had a bourbon bacon burger and you know how most the time when bourbon is in the name of a food, you often find ypurself wondering "where's the bourbon?". Well, you don't have to worry about that here! It is DELICIOUS and you can definitely tell bourbon was used! The onion rings are good too, but the burger was the show stopper. It is also very reasonably priced.”

“My partner and I wanted to spend our xmas vacation in Red River. We had booked an efficiency cabin at Three Bears Lodge for three nights. Upon our arrival on xmas eve we were told that our reservation had not been documented and our cabin wasn't available. Right as I began to scramble to find other accommodations on xmas eve, Jenny assured us that there wasn't problem. In addition to upgrading us to a much larger cabin for two nights, she refunded our payment for the previous reservation AND found us accommodations for our last night in RR. Yes, the cabins were clean and functioned perfectly. Yes, the location was ideal and within walking distance to restaurants and other locations. But the service Jenny and Nick provided right in the face of possible disaster was fantastic. They went above and beyond when it came to making up for mistake that anyone could have made. If you need clean accommodations in RR look no further than Three Bears Lodge. We already plan to make many return trips there in the future.”

“Love, love this place! Have stayed twice and can’t wait to go again! Cabins are old and small but very comfortable and quaint. Although the cabins are right off a busy road, you can’t tell. Has been quiet both times I’ve gone. The deer and elk came through both morning and night, so awesome to see. Some came almost right up on the porch to the large window, so cool!”
