“Good and decent place to stay as resturant and couple of tourist places are close by, but there is no lift facility so bit difficult for elderly people. Their pool is quite good but didn't find any other activities to do. Overall that's a decent place to stay with your family and friends. But a bit pricey just for a room without any view or any other facilities at room. Note: no extra pillow provided if you have requested for an extra bed 😉”

“I had a wonderful stay at this resort with my family. The staff were very supportive and humble, and they catered to our every need. The food was very good and they customized it according to our preferences. The rooms were clean, spacious, and hygienic, and they had all the amenities we needed. The kids play area was also good and kept our children entertained. The only suggestion I have is to have temperature controlled water in the swimming pool, as it was too cold for us to enjoy. Other than that, everything was perfect and we would love to visit again.”

“Room I've booked 2BHK with attached private pool. The resort was constructed couple of years back but maintained very poorly. Furnitures were impacted with fungus and it was smelling. They have handed over keys without even cleaning. It was cleaned after we raised a complaint. The private pool was again maintained poorly. It had lot of blanket worms ( all over the pool and entire backyard ) and we were not able to use. I had to use common pool which was again not clean Location Location is kind of good as it's isolated from busy lonawala city streets. But, the route is very poor, If you don't have own vehicle then it's not recommended Service The service was good or above average. The employees were helpfull”

“Visited this place for a chill weekend with my friends and stayed in the wooden cabin. The location was really exotic with great views, a cosy ambience, nice interiors and a serene layout. The property faces Pawna lake and one can catch a beautiful sunset beyond the lake and mountains. There are a few photography booths that have been put together, where one can get cool pictures clicked. The accommodation has been designed in great taste with good quality fittings and lighting. Food has a good number of options and has great taste and quality.”

“I was amazed with the property photos which is why I decided to book it for a family trip. I had 2 senior citizens and 2 kids. Firstly, it is not at all kids friendly and secondly not senior citizen friendly. The food quality is bad. They served us sandwiches which were dry as hell- no butter used at all on breads. It definitely did not justify the price that they were charging. Dinner served is also below average with loads of oil in the gravy. Again, the prices they are charging for main course items does not justify the food quality. It’s only the views that are great. Room was average- nothing luxury about it. Big windows to remind you that you are in mountains. It is also very far from the main market so once you are in, you wont take the pains to go out. At night the roads have no lights so you cant risk going out of there after dark. We booked for 2 nights initially but had to cancel 1 night just because of the above experience which I was not willing to undergo the next day. I would suggest there many other hotels with better rates, food and experience. Good for couples who dont care about food and services.”

“I had gone here with my whole family for two days stay but the rooms were in very pathetic condition...also there are no proper lights in washroom just one small bulb was placed..there were 3 washrooms out of which two were stinking and had water logging..later there was no water available there in washrooms... The beds and bedsheets were in worst conditions as if not washed since months...water purifier had dirt collection inside it....All over there were very dim and dull lights in the villa.. Not worth for money! Worst experience”
